McDonald's

I went through the drive thru around 10 this morning and the gentleman who took my order deserves a raise. He was excellent to talk to from start to finish. I unfortunately told him I didn't want my receipt so I'm hoping management and owners see this so that gentleman can get a raise.

It's McDonald's, what do you want? This ain't no three star Michelin restaurant 😂 LOL...but it's good quick grub when you got the hankering for a hamburger. Thank you Ronald!

I had a problem with my food but Faith was an AWESOME help. She was SO respectful and got us what we needed and then some. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!

It was mid “after church rush” and i went for my Sunday frappe. They weren’t able to make that but i was adamant that i needed my caramel coffee fix. Layla and Kara(Cara? i honestly have no idea how to spell this, sorry sweet lady) figured out how to make an iced coffee dupe for it (that’s honestly better than the frappe) and handled my, in my opinion, annoying order with super friendly customer service. I know it was busy but that little extra time they spent helping me figure out what to get instead was very much appreciated. Thanks ladies! - Justice Messenger

Best McDonald’s ever from food to service.

Young lady working this evening and her friend with the tattoo on his arm hold this store down.

You all be nice to them they are so busy and they get more traffic and less help, but you can tell this is run as a tight ship. Don’t be a Karen.

Loved seeing the manager call out to her team and have them work together in harmony. They have a big job to fulfill.

Some of the DoorDashers picking up tonight were rude for no reason. If you’re so worried about your hourly rate, maybe you should put an app in here, then you’ll know how much you’ll be making.

We hardly ever stop at McDonald's for anything but their chicken nuggets.
This time we ordered 2 quarter pounders, 2 medium fries and 2 ice tea drinks (meal deals).
We were surprised by the hamburgers, they were pretty good but the fries has not changed their quality or appeal in decades. The ice tea was great and tasted fresh.

Today was a good day for them. 👍

We had my mother-in-law's funeral we were going to, and we stopped to eat. The cashier was so amazing. She even brought sauces and ketchup to us.

My go to Micky D's. Not only does eating at this location bring me childhood nostalgia, but they always seem to have fresh fries when I come through. Also they haven't ever told me the ice cream machine was down but I may just have good timing lmao

Great experience everytime I eat at McDonald's on Vanburen. The management is alert and always hears my request of very well done sausage. They make sure the cook hears the request and it is done perfectly. They are polite and really make sure the customers are taken care of always.

I must have been in this McDonald's, or through its drive-thru, at least two to three thousand times. Every time we came over the overpass, my kids would shout McDonald's! And we would have to go and make the numbers rise. I think we must be responsible for at least one man of those hamburgers sold. If you're looking for a great place to eat, McDonald's is hard to beat.

We sat there for almost an hour before we even got our food everyone else got there food and we did not get ours for almost an hour

They were fast and friendly. In fact, my niece didn't like her cheeseburger and they remade it fir her! Thanks guys!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was fresh.

I had a large order, 16 breakfast sandwiches and all kinds of goodies. They were helpful and very accommodating! They took my order right away and quickly filled it!
