Mungenast Lexus Service and Parts

Top notch craftsman and amazing customer service. I contacted them to repair some severe curb rash on my rims. They were quick to get me in, reasonable in price, offered a loaner so my day was minimally interrupted, and the work was completed on time and the rims looked like new. On top of it all, they were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Great experience.

As a side gig I buy used cars to resell. In order to achieve top dollar they sometimes require minor refurbishing. Mungenast has become “my go to place” for any wheel repair, paintless dent removal, or windshield repair. Their prices are reasonable, service is excellent, always getting my cars to the next level, resulting in higher profits! Most services can be completed in one day, and they even give me a new Lexus to drive while my cars are in the shop! I ncluded several pictures of cars I have recently sold they the worked on.

I was in St. Louis for work and needed an oil change.
Service department was able to accommodate my request within a few hours. They were also able to drop me off at my nearby appointment.
The staff was very professional. This location is very nice and clean. I will definitely return when needed. Thank you BJ, you are definitely an asset to the business!

Marty is great. Only complaint is that the service department is too efficient. I was given a loaner based on a rime estimate that was significantly longer than the work actually took. Since I’m retired my time is more flexible than Mungenast expects for the average customer and i got hime with the loaner and got a call about an hour later that the car was ready. Didn’t really need the loaner. I appreciated the loaner, but it wasn’t really necessary.

Scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance with ease. Was assigned to Josh who is always friendly and amazing to work with. Under routine multipoint inspection my front brakes needed to be replaced. Josh offered me a loaner car which I gladly accepted to keep my day on schedule. The entire experience was highly professional and met my expectations. Highly recommend the Dave Mungenast Lexus service department.

I took my new car to Mungenast Collision to get the rims done and some minor touch up work. They did a fantastic job. Olivia and Mungenast team are fantastic!

I needed to book an appointment on short notice and used the online booking tool since it was after hours. It’s super easy to use and I received a confirmation of my appointment shortly after they opened the next morning. This doesn’t always happen with other dealers. I always receive top-notch service from the team, and I’ll happily drive the 20-25 minutes to take a vehicle there over much closer options.

I highly recommend them. I had horrible hail damage and it looks like nothing ever happened!

Had a 30,000 mi. checkup. Was told it takes about 3to 4 hours. Got a loaner and everything went just as I was told. Needed some brakes but everything else was good. Very impressed with the service department.

Value technical expertise & skill received during routine & recurring maintenance of oil & filter changes, window blades replaced etc.

Technician visually noticed bent rim during tire rotation slight enough not be mechanically detected but potentially source of excessive wheel vibration.

Brought to my attention I was amazed at catch. Reinforced my belief in long term cost benefit of having my prized 2006 ES330 consistently & routinely serviced by trained eyes & skilled hands of dealership technicians.

They were quick and courteous checking me in. I needed the car back in time to pick my granddaughter up from school so they got the car in quickly. They called and kept me updated regarding what needed to be done and it was completed in more than enough time. The whole experience was great!

Friendly, efficient and quick! Took my vehicle in on a Thursday afternoon, it was quickly diagnosed and a plan was made of issues to be addressed, and had my vehicle back Saturday morning (ONLY because one part had to be shipped from Chicago). Josh took excellent care of us per usual at Munganest Lexus. He explained all the work the mechanics recommended in a way I could understand. Stick with Lexus parts. I had to get my front brakes fixed because of after market parts.

Awesome experience with reconditioning my car. I liked the results so much I brought in my second car too. They fixed my wheels, door dings and some chips in the paint. I’ve used others, but these guys are the best. And the prices are very reasonable.

Great service. Had 36,000 mile checkup. All went well. The service required a longer than normal time for the check-up so they provided a loaner vehicle. David kept us up to date on our service. Even though other items required attention, we still had it completed on a timely basis. Another thing I like about Mungenast Lexus is they call us to remind us of the required service intervals. Great service consultant and company. Plan on buying our next Lexus from them.

Excellent service. They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. The customer lounge is very nice and comfortable with complimentary drinks and snacks. Service was excellent plus they wash and vacuum your vehicle. I appreciated their quick service and customer care.
