I came here tonight and there was a lady running the drive through all by herself while still managing to give great customer service and keeping her patience still getting me through the line as fast as she could i appreciate her hard work

First McDonald's I ever been to that actually got my order perfect. I recommend this McDonald's!

My grandkids loved the play area. The service was great they even brought our food to us. I'll definitely bring them back to that one.

I don't understand all of the poor reviews. I sometimes visit twice a day because I have a McDonald's Diet Coke addiction. I occasionally order food also. I've never had a problem. The employees here are great. I hardly ever visit after 4 PM, so I can't tell you anything about the crew later in the day.

The food with McDonald's is usually pretty consistently good this food was fresh And I would even say better than average the person we had Taking our order did not do a good job
and did not have good customer service skills it was extremely windy this location is directly next to a highway it's hard to hear them They were timing time again short with me

Even though this location is under a 'little' remodel, Jordan makes every interaction as if it's not aggravating at all working around construction! Corbin also ,always has a nice smile with every order placed, and that's wonderful! Thank you McDonald's!

This is the best McD and I’m so glad I live near it. Everyone is always pleasant. I’ve been in MN the last three months working. There You can’t get any breakfast items between 10am-4am. The bacon was always flimsy, biscuits mushy, and hash brown half cooked. I came back to this store today and everything was perfect! Crunchy hash brown, not mushy biscuit. And crispy bacon. The staff was full of energy and pleasant. Keep up the good work y’all! 🥰

They do a nice job. A TON of respect to the young men and ladies who work here. They are a credit to their generation - always polite. I know they are understaffed and underappreciated - don't hesitate to genuinely thank them.

Walked in at 5:01am. Employee opened the door for me... ordered $14 on the screen. It took 2 minutes 11 seconds to get my food. Amazing?!?! Their speed nearly defies the laws of thermodynamics.

I love this McDonald’s. People are always friendly and the service is always fast in the drive-through. My order is always right. When I ask for no ice in my diet Coke there’s never ice. I go back here all the time even though it’s out of the way because I know my food will be right.

Had an issue so I called Banducci Enterprises who locally owns and operates this and several other locations and I was taken care of and was happy with the result. If ever anyone has issues just call the owners and they’ll take care of you! What a great company. Thanks so much for making it right!

I use work here and the people I work with are really nice. It's a great place for a quick bite except during nights when the store is usually short staffed. I would recommend going around 2-4 PM for the best service around.

I'm not much of a fast food eater but I'm def there when "The McRib is back." (OK and I get an occasional Sausage Egg McMuffin.) This McDonald's always has great, friendly, (pandemic) safe service! The people are always nice! Orders are always correct, quick, and hot. The Manchester McDonald's is the best!
