I am new to the Hillsborough area and located Punjab Halal meat market this is a Family owned business . The best Halal butcher that I have ever had the pleasure of supporting . It’s impressive to see such a clean Halal meat/butcher shop in the area. Their freezer is huge and they handle the raw meat very hygienically. They were attentive while taking the order. Both quality and quantity is fantastic…Finally a place where you get your moneys worth! A must try place!!!

Very clean place and people are very friendly and courteous. I buy goat and I get good meat here. One of the clean butcher shops that I have seen.

I went to this place three times now and I like the quality. I always get some ground beef and some chicken breast. They also have Lamb and Goat but I never tried them as I'm not a fan.
I usually buy meat from superstores because it's cheaper but after I tried this, I can easily tell the difference between it and the superstore meat, so I'll definitely be coming back here. I'll also recommend it to people who are not strictly eating Halal meat but looking for good quality.

This place started a takeout buffet on weekends (looks like a butcher shop). Not a fancy place but was very clean and I was blown away by their food. I tried chicken and goat kebab, chicken tikka, goat biryani, haleem and goat stew. If you are a biryani, goat curry, kebabs fan do NOT miss this takeout place! I paid around 26 dollars for a generous amount of food and the owner insisted on making fresh naans for me to take. Move over Edison, I think I have found my food fix right here in Hillsborough! The person I spoke with (I think the owner) was very nice and constantly asked me what we prefer so that he can make more of those things. Try it and decide for yourself. I am a foodie and I can tell you this place is legit!

Punjab Halaal meat is unlike other meat shops that use the label of Halaal to do business only, when in fact they are not Halaal in reality.

This is family owned shop where I have been coming for the last couple of years. The quality of meat is excellent, the icing on the cake is the owners family who will try their best to accommodate your needs. I have never been disappointed with their service. The quality of food, especially the kebabs and biryani is to die for.

We ordered the first time today. Goat Biryani is great. We are thinking to try their different dishes next week. It's not near our place but we will definitely stop by and order whenever we get chance.

Its basically a certified zabiha halal meat shop and i wasnt aware initially that they also do takeout for food. I drove 40 minutes just to pick up chicken Karahi and Biryani. I must say it was worth it. Chicken karahi wasnt too greasy and very similar to home made in taste and quality. Great customer service. I will definitely go again.

Happy to see the new business in the town. Just visited Punjab halal meat new location in Hillsborough. Besides the fresh zabiha halal meat and chicken we got the fresh tandoori nan as well as freshly made chicken sheekh kabob. All items were excellent and the location is very convenient on 206S with more than enough parking spots. Highly recommend.

Great family run place and fresh quality meat. Everything is clean and reasonably priced. They also have a food menu. Nihari and kebabs are really worth trying out as they are not your usual preparations.. glad to see them move in this place.

Place has great reasonably priced organic chicken breast. We get the marinated spicy keema and cubed chicken breast which tastes great and saves us time. Family that runs it is also very nice.

I heard about this shop on radio few months ago and then decided to buy some meat to know the quality of the meat they are claiming.Also, I am really conscious about food quality.I took little amount of chicken first then meat in second trip and now I m a big fan of their quality.I dun live in the same area but driving for good quality meat is worth.Also, their management is so flexible they customize their meat as per customers demand.Thankyou Punjab halal for selling good quality meat !!!!

A new place, that has not only fresh meat but also very good cooked food. Especially their kababs are very good with reasonable prices. Make sure you call and order beforehand, because they make most dishes fresh.

I have been enjoying the quality meat from Punjab halal since last two years. Meat Quality is exceptional and food is very delicious, especially chicken biryani that tasted as same as authentic iconic Hyderabad biryani👌

Great meat and meat products be it cooked or raw. All meats are fresh and cut right in front of you. Food is awesome too. Convenient location and friendly people.

One of the best in the area! Goat meat tested pretty good.. after a long time … reminiscent of goat meat in India. Very good service too.
