Overlook Flats Jersey City

I had to write a review for my new home because I’ve been here a month now and I absolutely love it !

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was for me. The hallways are decorated similar to the Armani hotel in Dubai and that’s my favorite hotel ever. This theme definitely continues through out the buildings as the finishes are high quality from the door handles to the high quality paint, everything has a modern appearance and the appliances (washer dryer in unit!!) are all brand new and well known brands.

I love the gym - it has everything you need, it even smells new which I love! All the equipment is super clean, the gym is spacious and high tech. What makes this building really special is the rooftop with panoramic views of Manhattan, I cannot wait for the pool to open in May and I love being able to get away from the city, have silence at night but still be close enough to be downtown in less than 30 mins.

Tony and Mark on the front desk are absolute gems, they are really what gives this place a sense of home and safety. They’ve helped us out with huge packages and are always super polite, willing to help. The building wouldn’t be the same without them.

Brandon, Scott, Jasmine and Alex were all amazing getting us set up - thank you for finding my perfect home. I am incredibly happy here and I love my apartment :-)

Amazing building to be living in. Honestly can’t express how good it is to be living here. Great escape from living in midtown and still being in the city. Construction still going on so the building can be busy during the day.

Great amenities and super quiet, everyone keeps to themselves yet still interact with one another. I feel as if the average age of the people living here are in their 30’s. Building has 0 children which is awesome.

Tony at the front desk takes care of everything, he’s your guy if you need anything. Honestly i have little to few complaints. Our agent sold me on my truck being able to fit in the self park garage, come to find out it doesn’t fit. Which is a pain but it is what it is. If you have an average size car or crossover you're good.

I absolutely love it here—the outstanding space, comprehensive facilities, and the incredibly friendly management and leasing teams. Of course, the professional front desk, concierge, and maintenance teams are always ready to lend a hand with any issues.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management team, especially Jazmine and Marianne, and to the leasing team, including Scott, Brandon, and Andy. They respond promptly and professionally to any feedback, which is truly exceptional! I hope to have fantastic experiences during my time here, and I'll be sure to provide timely updates!

Having moved to the country from the UK it was really daunting looking for somewhere in a location we had never visited.

The leasing team were super quick to respond and whilst only showing us apartments that where within budget (very refreshing not to be pushed for an upsell) they also went as far as to recommend local cafes and restaurants to visit!

Moved here over Christmas. This is honestly the most incredible place I’ve ever lived. The views, the staff and the amenities are incredible.

We had a minor issue with our apartment and someone was with us within the hour to fix it.

If you are looking for a fun, friendly and genuinely beautiful apartment complex to live in, I can not recommend this place highly enough ☺

The apartments are super new with top class amenities. The leasing team is very helpful and cooperative, also all the staff are well behaved.

I am living my dream here, me and my wife completely fell in love with Overlook Flats, the units are very spacious and luxurious, especially the living rooms are large and designed very well, the apartment is loaded with lot of amenities, after we moved to this apartment I am really not feeling like going out of the house because it feels so nice to stay at home, the oversized rooftop party lounge is my favorite spot I go there everyday, eagerly waiting for summer to enjoy rooftop swimming pool, overall I am completely in love with this apartment, the management is very friendly and understanding.

Tony and Mark of the building reception are so nice, they are always willing to help me with smiling service!

Fantastic place

Let me start by saying the staff here is great—Tony, Mark, and Arnold are all very helpful and friendly. However, if you have a car and plan to use it regularly, I strongly advise against living here. The garage malfunctions multiple times a day, every day. This means that when you need access to your vehicle, which you pay $250 a month to park, you often can't retrieve it for hours. Management did waive the parking fee for a month, but this doesn't offset the hundreds of dollars spent on unreimbursed Uber rides needed to travel when you have a perfectly functional vehicle. Additionally, obtaining a street parking permit is nearly impossible. While the amenities and apartments are excellent, the frequent and prolonged garage issues make reliable car access a constant struggle.

Very disrespectful management and front concierge!!! Ghosted my appointment but still let me wait for over 50 minutes without any explanation. Won’t be happy living here for sure.

My appointment was 2:30PM, we arrived at 2:00PM. The front desk told me the agent was informed already. At 2:30, the front desk said someone would be with me in 10 minutes. I was like ok that’s fine. Unfortunately there was nobody even in 20 minutes. I didn’t left until 2:50PM.

Horrible customer service. I called they told me to come in at 11:30 when the leasing office opened. I come in & all
Of a sudden they were fully booked. “ when I showed the call & contact person I spoke with. Dont waste your time.
