50 Regent at Liberty Harbor

The staff especially, Cami, are exceptional in Liberty Harbor. She is so accommodating and her responses to issues and follow-ups are highly commendable. My fiancee and I are so grateful. Besides responding to issues, she is extremely nice and caring. At any given time, you can just message her, which makes us feel good. Thank you so much. So happy we live here.

Maxine has been awesome throughout the whole leasing process - from the tour that sold us on 50 Regent to getting everything set up for move-in seamlessly. We’re so excited to join the LH community because of her!

I had a really great experience with Liberty Harbor. The office was friendly and easy to get in touch with when we needed to, and the apartment itself was wonderful!

I want to make a special note of our move out process. Everything was seamless and efficient. Oscar specifically was extremely helpful in getting us the information we needed when we needed it. He went above and beyond and was kind, reliable, and very accommodating during a hectic time with many moving parts. I definitely recommend working with Oscar!

Cami has been extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions during the rental process. My experience has been very organized and smooth and I am looking forward to moving in!

Cami Weissberg helped us throughout the entire process to secure an apartment in 50 regent. Good places in Jersey City go so quickly so we knew we had to act fast. She was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our questions. Been living here now for 2 months and it was definitely a good decision.

Liberty harbor and 50 regent in particular is the best. I never write reviews but my entire experience living there was amazing. Staff is always cleaning, doormen are so friendly and helpful, always felt safe. Such a great building and great neighborhood! And always so many community events.

Fantastic place to live for a family of 3. Wonderful front desk staff, quiet inside the apartment, close to the light rail, parks, and the Statue of Liberty. Great property management staff as well, and quick to resolve maintenance requests.

You also get access to the 88 Regent (heated) pool and hot tub, which are divine!

Can share that Cami Weissberg, who assisted during the application process, tour on the building, apt, etc. was super responsive, guiding throughout the process and really worth highlighting.

Edit: After living 1 year in this community, I can say it was a great time. I'm only moving for commuting reasons.
Building has nice amenities and staff is great. You have the chance to know them by name (and vice-versa) because the building is not too big, and this makes a all the difference.
During my move-out process Anitra was great at providing the necessary support and paperwork.

I've lived in many apartments over the years but this is by far the best one. It's super well managed and always kept clean. Unlike other apartments with paper thin walls, I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Between weekly food trucks, friendly front desk staff and monthly events, I love living in this building and being apart of the Liberty Harbor community.

Wanted to call out all the help Mike at the front desk of 50 Reg has provided my wife and I recently. He’s responsive and helpful in tracking down our packages contacting me directly when needed, accommodating in getting our dog walker in and out without issue and is always a friendly face in the lobby. We’re fortunate having someone like Mike in the building looking out for the tenants.

We love the concierge staff here! Mike has always been so helpful and thoughtful. Wade never forgets a face or name. They have other folks working the desk whose names I’ve forgotten, but we greatly appreciate all their hard work.

The staff who keep our buildings and neighborhood clean are some of the best in the business. I hope they’re all treated well and respected by LH, as they do a great job year round.

We even had Nick come by and clean ourAC filters out this past week — he was extremely courteous and efficient! Thank you all!

Great place to stay. Beautiful building and surrounding area, with parks, walks, shops and a great community with several events for all tastes! I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Wade, Mike and Hazma are extremely helpful and always smiling, thank you!!! Nicholas and Jose also helped me a lot throughout the year. Shiomy keeps the place sparkling and always says hello with a smile. Thank you!! :)

Living at 50 regent street has been great. Cami Weissberg was very helpful in finding me an apartment. She made the process smooth and easy, and found me a great deal on a place I am happy to call home. All the staff at 50 Regent has been fantastic, Mike at the front desk is the man. Would definitely recommend living here.

I applied and moved in around July 2022, and the application and move-in processes were great. Our leasing agent Cami Weissberg was incredibly helpful during the apartment search, and took the time to show me several apartments that fit within my parameters as well as the building amenities. It's been an amazing place to live so far!

Just wanted to take the time to spotlight the staff at 50 Regent for providing my wife, our two little girls, our dog who is no longer with us and myself with such a pleasant living experience for the past 5+ years. I can’t thank Mike and Wade enough for all they do for us. I specifically want to mention Mike and how helpful is in all facets. As a Dad of two girls under 17 months, you have no idea how thankful I am for him opening every door for me and greeting us all with a smile and wave every day.

I love living here. Have been a resident for almost 2 years and 50 Regent has the best staff! From our maintenance crew (especially Blanca and Sara D.), to our concierges (Michael, Jamal, and Wade). They always work hard to make sure the building is safe, clean, and welcoming!

This review is for Oscar Fuentes from the leasing office. He is by far the best person to work with. I’ve lived at 50 Regent for 3 years now, and every time I’ve spoken to him, asked him questions, or requested his assistance, he has gone above and beyond. His level of service is excellent, and he truly cares about the tenants he deals with! I couldn’t be more pleased with the way he handles things. He is responsive, organized, efficient, and so easy to talk to - his great personality is infectious! He knows how to get the job done. Thank you, Oscar, for everything!

This review is for our leasing agent, Cami Weissberg. Thanks to Cami, we had the easiest housing search ever! She was really open about the building and which unit best matched what we were looking for. She took it upon herself to make sure we got what we wanted out of an apartment and we couldn't be happier. The application was thoroughly explained and the entire move-in process was a breeze! Can't thank her enough!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Liberty Harbor! We have live here for 4.5+ years and have actually successfully referred three (3) other tenants to the Liberty Harbor community. And here are the reasons why:
1. Staff: the maintenance, doorman, and management staff is always friendly, helpful, and extremely diligent with their tasks. They are always responsive, whether fixing something in the apartment, requesting a service, or just asking for assistance.
2. Apartment: we love the design and feel of all the buildings we have been in! Huge, sleek countertops, up to date appliances and excellent views! The entry ways, lobbies, and community rooms are very inviting and visually stunning with excellent decor.
3. Programming: the staff here really strive to make all tenants feel part of a community. There are always happenings going on, from summer pool parties, to local food trucks, alcohol tastings, yoga classes, wine and cheese classes, etc. They try to make this an inviting community with lots of activities for all ages, stages of life, and interests.
4. Location: Liberty Harbor buildings are nestled within the perfect JC location. Walking distance to local downtown and all the greatest restaurants and bars. They are also located across from the light rail which is extremely convenient for commuting purposes into Manhattan. Also walkable to the Grove Street path station
5. Cleanliness: The entire community is always clean and in the best condition. You will never see something out of please or slightly off putting, and if so there is always staff working to make the outside and insides of the buildings top notch! if something is in need of a fix they are right on it. The lighting on all the trees is truly something special and something all our guests comment about!
6. Amenities: Each building has their own set of unique amenities and boy do they never disappoint. They are decorated to the chicest level and always reflect the most current trends.

The only reason we are leaving is for our next chapter in purchasing a home. We have truly loved our time in 50 Regent and would absolutely recommend to all and everyone!
