Grove Pointe Apartments

You should know what we experienced, never ending views, skyscrapers, helicopters, boats, ships, cruisers, jets, planes, closest to path, happening places all around, healthy food markets, grocery stores, party places, medical shops, grocery stores, and the walkable exchange place, i can go on forever.
We have been to a lot of neighbourhoods but this felt more safe and happening of all, it goes to its utmost best when it starts to rain, ahh the views of the skyline, walkable streets, starbucks, bars, roof tops, indian, chinese, italian restaurants double rainbow views, best sunsets 🌅 , farmers markets, festivals every now and then.
I would love to settle in this place except for the parking, which is reqlly difficult to find

I have been living in Grove Pointe for almost a year, and the most obvious thing I have experienced during this year is the dedicated service of the staff here. One time the water in my bathroom wouldn't turn off, so I emailed the building and Martinez came to my room to help me fix the problem. I was happy that the building had such helpful staff and that Martinez made sure I could use it all the time. I'm happy to live here.

Thank you for the prompt response to my maintenance request. Richard in the Maintenance Team is very skilled at resolving any issues and always extremely helpful. I appreciate all he does. Thank you.

Been living here for 2+ years and have no complaints. Omar, Tiaise and Brianna are amazing, couldn’t ask for better concierges. The maintenance crew (Rich has been so helpful) is also great and address concerns quickly and efficiently.

I've been living in this apartment for nearly a year, and there are several things I really appreciate about it. Firstly, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. 🌟 Especially Omar, after my hectic days, Omar greets me like an old friend and quickly fetches my wife's packages.

Additionally, the soundproofing in this apartment is excellent; we've never been disturbed by noise from our neighbors. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Right above the PATH station, only 30 seconds away even on the coldest winter days. ❄ Highly recommend!

Thankful for the quick help from William in maintenance, who answered my call to fix the tracking on the bathroom closet. He not only fixed that, but he quickly assessed the other sliding doors in the apartment and replaced another, noting that it was loose. Greatly appreciated his thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism.

William came to help me resolve the clogged bathtub issue. He was polite and respectful to my space and knock for entry. He resolved the issue fast with his professional tools and explained to me what might be the cause and how everything works. At the end, he not just unclogged the tub but also clean all the weird substances came out. The bathtub now is like I just moved in. Excellent work and great guy! Amazing front desk staff, always jolly and positive. Apartment has great sound proof, steps away from path, and large apartments. Only downside is that you get a lot of noise from outside- firetrucks, police, party music, etc.

William is excellent! He was quick and helpful with my heater issue! And he was so kind and energetic, we had a great talk while he fix the heater

Grove point is a great place to live! Friendly staff, safe building and they always fix things right away when I ask. It is one of the older doorman buildings in the neighborhood but I think because of that and that it is made of brick.. it is made well and you never hear your neighbors on all sides. Also, you get more square footage and storage space verses some of the newer buildings I have seen. Overall a great building to live in!

We’ve lived here for 2.5 years and love it! Awesome location, love the gym and fitness classes, and maintenance is always quick to help whenever needed. Thanks to William and team! Front desk team is really kind too.

Great views of JC's nightlife and a great location if you go into NYC a lot. I will definitely miss being only minutes from my couch to the PATH station and also the sound proof walls (best of all apartments I've lived in in JC so far). Lastly, shout out to the wonderful concierge team for taking care of me at all hours of the day -- thank you Omar, Tiaise, Brianna, Ky, Arelius, and Naim!

The front desk folks are the best in the world. Tiaise and Brianna have been super helpful and accommodating since we moved in 2.5 years ago. They’re always very respectful and always willing to go the extra mile!

Great location - probably best in JC. 1 min from PATH and near anything you need to live - doctors, groceries, restaurants. Repair work is quick and efficient. Also the year on year rent increase is very competitive compared to others. Really no reason to complain. Contrary to some reviews, i have never lost a parcel. Also water issues are like once a quarter. Frankly peoples concerns are borne from just one time incidents - there are no ever lingering issues

The apartment has quick response with maintenance requests, and Rich helped us fix the dryer and toilet paper holder super efficiently!! Appreciate it A LOT

Been here for 3 months and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The best parts have been a friendly front desk, nice gym with great weekly classes and an excellent maintenance staff (shout out to Will Jefferson and Tony for their patience and great help).
