Having lived in the suburbs for the past 20 years, my family approached the idea of moving into an apartment with a mix of excitement and trepidation. From the moment I first reached out to Cami, I was met with professionalism, understanding, and a genuine desire to help.

Cami was always prompt in responding to my queries, whether it was via email, phone, or in-person meetings. Her clarity in communication made the entire leasing process smooth and hassle-free. Cami truly helped my husband and I through the process, making us feel valued, not just as a potential tenant, but as a future neighbor.

My Experience with Liberty Harbor has been nothing short of sensational. With any issues it's always resolved in a Quick & Timely Manner. Anitra from leasing was absolutely wonderful in helping me with a Leasing Issue I had, and I can't say enough for her Professionalism in helping me resolve my issue. Overall the experience at Liberty Harbor has been great and I would recommend moving here for anybody looking to live in a well run place.

We've been here over 3 years and can't be happier. This is a community where people know and care about each other. The 1 star reviews are sad because if you just give a little kindness to everyone around you, LH residents and staff are wonderful people that truly make this a beautiful place to live. The location is perfect. Light rail station just outside the front doors, the entrance to Liberty State Park a few hundred feet away. It's super safe, everything is well maintained and clean, property management is always available to help with anything and the concierges are professional and just really wonderful people. Sammy, Thank you for your warmth and kindness when you greet us at the door in the evening!

I've lived in the Liberty Harbor neighborhood for 4 years and have had a great experience. The front desk staff (at 9 and 30 Regent) are so personable and friendly, especially Carmen and Judy at 30 Regent. Nick on the maintenance team has helped me out with any issues that's come up in our apartments. He's very attentive, friendly and always says hello when we see him around the buildings. I feel very comfortable allowing him into our apartment to fix issues even when we are not home.

I just recently moved into The Regent at Liberty Harbor and I can't say enough good things about the service in this building! The concierge is so friendly and welcoming. In addition, what has really stood out in my experience so far has been the professionalism of the maintenance manager Nick. He has been one a kind. Always in good spirits and attentive to ensure that every single thing in the apartment is up to standard. Nick is always available in case you need anything at all and no job is too big or small. His hard working attitude has made this move as seamless as can be!

Really nice apartments and management. We live at 50 Regent and there is the best ever concierge Michael! I’m so thankful to him! he always help me to open front doors, because it’s difficult when you hold the baby and have a stroller in another hand. So he is just a very good, friendly and kind person. Also we had some issues in our apartment and requested maintenance and Nick was able to solve every problem we had so fast, he knows his job perfectly and he is the best among another maintenance guys.

Property management and Maintenance are always very responsive no matter how large or small the task. Shout out to Nick and Matt in maintenance - they're always on time and make sure you're satisfied with the work. Every time I see them around the neighborhood, they're genuinely interested and curious about my apartment and if there are any issues they can take care of. Nick has done a few jobs around the apartment and has been extremely thorough.

Also want to give a shout out to the concierge. They're very attentive and caring for each resident. Mike, Wade, Jamal, Greg R, and Greg L are all amazing.

I recently moved to 333 Grand and my experience so far have been very good. The staff at the front is professional, courteous and helpful. Chris Middleton is a good example of this. He is always helpful and welcoming. He does his work with a smile and always polite. I hope other residents also acknowledge his efforts. Overall I am very satisfied with the services/help from the concierge desk to the maintenance staff to the management team at 333 Grand/Liberty Harbor .

I have been living at 30 Regent for the last 7 months and my experience until now has been great. We had a few issues in the apartment that were promptly solved by the maintenance team. Big shout to Nick who is always available and does everything he can to make things better and to satisfy the tenants’ expectations. Nick is very polite, caring and hard working, a resource every employer would want.
The ladies at the concierge also do an amazing job and if you are having a bad day, they cheer you up with their smile and kindness.

Our experience with Liberty Harbor so far has been great. Everything the apartment has to offer is fantastic, and was made complete through our experience with Laura who showed us every amenity that was offered and had almost instant and clear communication throughout the entire process. I really feel as though personal care is taken to make sure we had what we need, and Laura was instrumental in that. Thanks so much, very excited for the future!

My bf and I lived at 30 regent for two years. Liberty Harbor is a great place. Everyone is great....from maintenance, to the cleaning crew and especially the concierge. We specially loved Judy at the front desk. She was always cheerful and very helpful. Even our puppy loved her dearly. We definitely miss her and everyone at liberty harbor. It was definitely a great first home for us.

We have been living at 50 regent for over two years now. We just signed our lease for our third year. We have had a great experience so far. I really love our concierge, everyone is really great esp. Jamal. He is extremely helpful and personable. Jamal is always smiling and saying hello. We really appreciate all of the help, he gives us. He truly makes living here that much better. We love living in liberty harbor and the community.

Been living at 50 Regent with my wife since 2016 and happy to say we will be back in the Liberty Harbor community for at least another year due to the tremendous help of our leasing agent Oscar Fuentes. His willingness to accommodate us and overall attentiveness to our situation with a baby on the way has made our decision to renew an easy and happy one.

30 Regent

This review is for Nick on the maintenance team. He is beyond professional and responds very quick to any problem you have. He makes sure that anything he fixes is done right and checks up to make sure you are satisfied. He is very trustworthy hence why we let him do any repairs when we are not in the apartment. Sooooo friendly and polite and is truly an asset to Liberty Harbor . Having staff like him makes an establishment run smoothly and it is reassuring knowing that he is on the job whenever you need anything done.

5 stars for Nick on the maintenance who came and fixed my bathroom, while he was there he spotted another issue and took care of it all in one appointment. Great guy with great service.

Had another issue that needed to get fixed and once again Nick showed up promptly and fixed the issue within matter of minutes, once again he's proven to be professional and courteous. His work strong work ethic and professionalism greatly reflects Liberty Harbor and its staff.

Nick was so great! Last week he came in and fixed our shower. Then he noticed that our hot water heater was leaking and he immediately replace it that day! Just today I put a request because our shower rack broke and Nick came within an hour and it took him 5 minutes to fix it. He has always been extremely nice and professional in his help with us!

I have recently requested several fixes to the apartment my husband, our daughter I rent at 30 Regent Street: sink replacement, living room floor fix. Nick Cukier as always was incredible in doing the job. Thank you Nick for you constant support & hard work to make this place feel like home ! Nick is very hardworking, always very responsive to every issue that comes up. Nick addresses it with special care. Great job all around. I can't possibly express what an incredible asset Nick is. Please, reward Nick for his incredible job !

We have lived at 50 Regent for about 2 1/2 years. Our experience has been nothing but very good. The concierge staff Jamal, Wade, Michael have been great. Gabriel in maintenance has been very helpful as well. And Michele in the office has also been very pleasant to deal with.

Nick was extremely helpful solving all of our maintenance issues at 30 Regent. He followed up with us and made sure we were aware of the repair progress and order status. Thank you for helping us keep our unit like new and treating every resident like family.
