Good location and nice apartment. I took the lease from my friend and the whole process took over a month. So if you need to go through the rental process, you should prepare enough time. But Christina kept helping us with the paperwork and the front desk of the leasing office was very nice.

I have lived in the apartment for 2 years, at first I was very hesitant about the building because there were some bad reviews. However during my experience here, there were no major issues at all, the location is unbeatable, the views from my Apt are gorgeous, staff are friendly and helpful.

Great building, nice amenities. Location is fantastic only a few min walk to the path. Management also replied quickly as well when I needed them. Outdoor space (on the 8th floor) by far best highlight.

Great location just steps away from the Path station, close to supermarkets and restaurants, in a friendly neighborhood with perfect amenities.

Have lived here a little over a year and love it. Great apartment and we love the amenities on the 8th floor, frequently using the grills and pool. Have enjoyed the events like movie nights and paint and sips. Great location close to PATH and a lot of restaurants and bars.

Nice building with very modern facilities and super fast elevator. You can't beat the location. It's only 1 minute walk from PATH station.

I have lived here now going on two years. When looking for a place to move I read the reviews to each community and all of them have the same complaints. So when choosing my apartment I made sure to look at what was important for me. The amenities are amazing one of the best packages here in Jersey City and the staff is extremely helpful and responsive.

I have lived in this building since it opened. I love my experience here, building is clean, maintenance is great, concierge amazing. Proximity to PATH train makes NYC very accessible. Downtown pedestrian walkway with shops and restaurants close by. I recommend moving here as long as the rent price stays competitive.

We have been living here since 2018 and we are constantly impressed by the management team. The location is awesome, and I have built my life around Grove St. The rent didn’t go up as crazily as other buildings in this neighborhood. I definitely recommend this building to all young professionals who enjoy a quiet but convenient place to rent.

They held many wonderful events across the summer, this summer soirée is very refreshing!

It's a good apartment to live in: location is unbeatable; nice views; great amenities including the "park" on the 8th floor + the BASE gym nearby; blazingly fast elevator.

However, as it's near a main street, occasionally there can be noise from the police cars and fire trucks. Overall it didn't bother me much.

Super convenient transportation, best gym service, around by all kinds of great restaurants and markets!

I've been a resident at 70 for close to 2 years now. I absolutely love it here! Everyone from management to maintenance have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They genuinely care about their residents. I highly recommend Columbus towers for anyone looking to move to Jersey City!!

Coming to the end of another year here in this great building/complex, just was looking out my window at the Hudson/Statue of Liberty and said to myself "why not write a little review". Outstanding crew who work the building, perfect location, and practically life saving amenity floor ( particularly in the context of the past few years), thanks for your continual excellence 70 Columbus.

I have been renting here since May 2021. My experience so far has been great. The building is very well maintained. You can't beat the location, very close to the PATH. Manager Rob Gordillo has been extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. Perfect location and place to live!

Been living here for 4 years. Excellent, well kept building in a great location. Management and building maintenance are super attentive and helpful. The rooftop is amazing, and the concierge is top notch!

Absolutely love living here! The Management is extremely friendly and the views are beautiful. There is even a pool/basketball court on the 8th floor. Worth every penny!

The management staff is great and very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was clean and bright, appliances looked good, the building is great. Moving in was smooth 😎.
