Nicole and Sarah was such a great help! Rental was quick and easy. If I could give this place 6 stars I would I appreciate all the kindness ,knowledge and quality customer Service. Overall it was a pleasant experience I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nicole is amazing! I lost my key on move in.. like an idiot and she helped me do a transfer super quick to another unit with under $3 cost and I was still on time with my movers. Was extremely pleasant and helpful ! Nicole is truly a major help.

Nicole exceeds expectations everyday and makes it look easy. A wonderful person to be around and a capable skilled employee. Give her a raise!!

Nicole & her squad's customer service is world class phenomenal. The store is always clean. The entire facility is always well kept. Her team practices the same philosophy of everything aforementioned.

Angel was a big help. Had a lot of questions about storage and what they offer and he took his time and gave me all the info I needed. Although prices were kind of high I think overall they are the better option. Inflation is crazy everywhere so I already figured it would be a good amount to rent, but you can’t beat good customer service. Thank you angel for being patient and understanding.

Shannon was very helpful and excellent service and knowledge. She helped me get app and showed how to use it what a great feature. Everywhere you go nowadays people are not so friendly and Shannon greeted me and helped me with great service and was so relatable and made my experience great. I have 2 other units different places not this facility and she sold me with her confidence in the first five minutes.

I was an e-rental and I came a day early, met PM Shannon who helped change my date and also helped me get app on the phone. She taught me how to use it and its a great feature to have. Shannon was great and haven’t had that good of customer service in years due is great and I hope you see one fine employee.

Shannon was wonderful and gave me great service. She helped me with the app and I might say she one attractive employee and she is so smart and got me a better price and a bigger unit. Helped get everything put on phone she shed for review I told her absolutely. I hope she sees it great job amazing fast efficient worker.

I stored my stuff only for a few months...
but the on-site mangers I met where both helpful...

I have been renting a unit at this site for many years for business and personal use. The facility is always clean, well kept and updated and the property manager, Shannon has always gone above and beyond her responsibilities. Just the other day, my son and I were at our unit cleaning and organizing and she was assisting another customer making sure the unit was clean, equipped with a light bulb and proceeded to sweep the entire area in front of the unit after she noticed a screw. She has always been personable and more than helpful with any and all concerns. I am in customer service and you have an asset in Shannon.

I just wanna say Shannon is one hard worker girl. I am the gentleman who cleaned the whole back of the dealership and i do not store I just work on dealership side. She is very consistent with getting things done and once she gets it in her head from what I observe she is savage. She don’t ever stop and when she starts she has to finish . I speak to her when she in the golf cart so friendly and very intelligent. I just want to say I hope all likes the work I did and And the extra help she provided when able. She is a great worker and I highly appreciate her. Will recommend this facility to anyone looking. Finally, both sides look good.

My fiancé and I went there today with a few questions and concerns, without hesitation Shannon the PM was able to answer and take care of all of our problems in a timely fashion. She was very understanding and knowledgeable of our situation with renting a unit. She had a great personality & sense of humor which immediately made us feel welcome and happy/safe to be renting a unit there. If you need any units, I HIGHLY recommend going there and see Shannon. She will not disappoint! Public Storage is lucky to have someone like her!! ☺

Yo P. Etienne why don't you get a job with the better business bureau if you're so concerned with the public and where they rent! Don't worry about us. We can make our own decisions. I am very happy renting at RT38 PS and the manager Nicole has been nothing but terrific.

Nicole is a GREAT manager! She is taking over a property that was struggling and I appreciate ALL of her dedication and hard work. SHE is an HONEST and very knowledgeable employee. Dealing with the public can be very difficult but she handles it well. I am staying here because of Nicole.

Shannon was wonderful and amazing and helped me and is very hard worker been here since 2019 and she got me into s smaller unit. She took me back to show me how to lock properly. She got me the app i just was told from her today what s great feature.

My dad stores here and Shannon was on the property cleaning she came over greeted me and my baby brother she asked my dad for a review but I decided to do one because she started sweeping his unit the very front and was so nice to us kids. I don’t know much but she was so nice to my brother and me and made us laugh. She very nice.?

I was a worker at her facility and Shannon was so helpful and so kind and i don’t do many reviews for people i work for but i had to say she is one great worker and so helpful. She offered me water, and other stuff from her home. Shannon is definitely one of kind as i told her. Made my day go fast and she is super clean and detailed.
