Wow! What great service. They were so kind on the phone and in person. I ordered cookies for a soft launch of a kids company, Play Society, and Cookies by Design nailed the design. They were able to complete the cookies with short notice and even accommodate me when I had the time wrong for pick up, (thank you again for that!). The cookies not only looked amazing but tasted delectable.

I'm a picky gift giver and the cookie birthday basket was a big hit with someone who has everything including a sweet tooth. The cookies were all individually wrapped and freshly baked. Loved the attention to detail on the icing decorations. Went with the assortment of flavors and would definitely purchase this gift basket again. I received this box as a gift for my bday and this is my first time trying products from this company. The box was beautiful , colorful and the cookies delicious . Freshly baked ,I enjoy every single cookie and recommending to everyone to try them . You won't regret it!

I had a last minute custom order that they were able to help me with. They did a fabulous job and the cookies were delicious!

Twice now Rosita (the baker) has gotten me out of a jam accommodating last minute orders! She made some cocomelon cookies for our sons birthday party that were super cute, would have been even better if I had given her more time but they were a hit at our party nonetheless! She has stayed after hours and goes above and beyond to help her customers! I am a customer for life :) just wish she was closer to my home lol

Costumer service was excellent. Someone suddenly passed away at work which caused me to forget my daughter’s birthday cake. These ladies accommodated me last minute and stayed after hours to wait for me to pick up my daughter’s gift. You guys are amazing, thank you so much🙏🏾

I recently ordered the Out cake for my daughter's birthday and I was extremely pleased with its design and taste. Delivery was spot on, too.
This was not the first time I ordered with them. I have to say that they are very professional in servicing customers and the quality of their products is simply amazing!

My wife received cookies from Cookies By Design for her baby shower and she love them! Every time we pass by the shop she comments how much she loves these cookies! So when it was Mother’s Day, I had to find something special that I know she will enjoy. Of course I ordered from Cookies By Design and yes she love them all over again! We ordered the red velvet, chocolate chip and chocolate decadent.

Super responsive and helpful owner - she returned after closing so i could pick up my order at a time convenient to me. Cookies were beautifly decorated and gobbled up.

Both the cupcakes and the sugar cookies tasted good. Got them for my husbands birthday bbq party. They complimented table as well. Will order again for sure!!! Thank you!

Ordering online was easy. Cookies arrived on the selected day. Recipients were surprised for their birthdays and loved the cookies.

Placed my order in person and it was ready in 1 hour for me to pick up. I couldn't do delivery because of where it needed to be sent to would be open late so I didn't take the chance. I still was able to surprise my niece with this and she loved it. Looks great and tastes great, the staff was very nice and approachable. The store smells so good when you come inside and I also appreciated the complimentary sample especially if you have never tasted their cookies before.

The delivery went well and the recipients received their beautiful cookie bouquet as scheduled. They loved the gift and were exceptionally pleased!

I got 3 cookies as a thank you gift and they did a great job as always. I’m going to miss them at this location but I was happy to hear the new location in Boca wasn’t too far.

My daughter just ordered these as a gift for her sister as she has zoom jw school. I thought that was sweet of her. The cookies were delicious and perfectly decorated as they have been since we first time we ordered them 23 years ago. I love them except I can't tolerate the enriched flours that are used in baking. If they used unbleached and not enriched flour I would have eaten them all myself.

Excellent customer service. My dad was put in the hospital and I forgot that my order was supposed to be picked up. I got a call about my order. I am so happy I received that call for a reminder, after everything I was going through. They were very sympathetic. I so much appreciated that call.I have ordered from Cookies by design when I was in NY. I love there cookies and as usual they were beautiful. Perfect for our wedding day as favors for my guests. I will be ordering from them again and again.

Delicious cookies! Delivered on time. I ordered turkey shaped cookies for Thanksgiving. They were personalized with names. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I thought the icing could have been a little more smooth, but the taste of the cookie and icing was fabulous. I will order again.

I am from out of state and wanted to send a cookie bouquet to a friend recovering from surgery. The website did not have a pre-designed bouquet exactly like I wanted, so I called the shop and they were very happy to put together exactly what I wanted. Later that day, I received a call from the person making my order, confirming a couple of details. The day of delivery, I received a text message and a picture of the bouquet, showing me it had been delivered. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer focus!
