Walmart Pharmacy

My husband uses this pharmacy. They are always professional and extremely helpful from the pharmacist to their associates. Always a pleasant experience.

I wish I knew who I spoke to, but the female pharmacist? tech? who helped me get my prescription filled was absolutely wonderful! I called 15 minutes prior to closing to check in on an Rx they had ordered for me and she saw that there was an issue with the insurance. Many may have just said sorry you're out of luck, especially so close to the end of the day, but she fought for me to get it covered and I appreciate her efforts very much. Everyone I have come into contact with from the first tech who handled the Rx transfer to the tech who was there at pick up have been professional, quick, and very courteous.

Great staff. Saved my girlfriend almost a hundred dollars yesterday. They always are very busy,yet service is awesome. Best decision we ever made switching to this pharmacy

The people at the pharmacy are rude. Most of them anyway, especially the heavy set, short blonde woman that has been there forever.
I've told the pharmacist a couple of times over the years, who has said he has had lots of complaints about her but he doesn't resolve the problem.
If it wasn't for certain medications they have at a discounted price I wouldn't even go there. But those are the only things I get there.
The line is always long and the funny thing is they have generally four other people excluding the pharmacist working. Not even one of them, will come over to help the only nice person there; to clear the line.
They just continuously look over and then go about gabbing or doing something else. They are cashier's also; so is a bit ridiculous.
Anytime you ask a question to the lady pharmacist, she acts like she is put out. This is part of her job and allot of the times she doesn't even know the answer. This is a first!

They never answer the phone, it’s really frustrating after going through the entire system to even get the automated system to transfer you to speak with someone. Every time I have to call about a prescription I’m hung up on. They need to hire someone exclusively for the front desk and phones or something.

They have to be the slowest pharmacy that I've ever had. Thinking about moving all my rx to a different location.

There has been a decline in service here. It took several hours and multiple trips and lies to get one prescription transferred. Medicines are never ready when they say they will be, often times you are told the wrong information, and they are quick to put you on long holds. If the call goes through maybe you'll be helped, maybe you won't it all depends on the day it would seem. It didn't use to be this way.

Giving one star feels like too much credit. In the last year, I don't think I have ever had a successful pick up at this pharmacy. They never refill things on time even when my doctor puts something through immediately, if I don't also call on top of that it would never get done. The last 3 times I have gone to pick up a certain prescription they literally have given me other medications I haven't sent in refills for. It always takes forever, they are absolutely clueless and their pharmacist is horribly rude even when they are at fault. There's someone new on staff every time I go in which checks out considering the disaster this place is. Honestly concerning that a business in charge of medication is run so questionably.

Called in my sons prescriptions at 3:30pm and told it would be ready at 7:30pm. Went to pick it up at 7:45pm and it still wasn’t ready. No good when we’re already pushing bedtime because he has to have his rx.

Never ready when they tell you!!!!
