Now you bring them on time , in clean vehicles and all your drivers have heart. All of our staff have mentioned the improvement. I have used this transportation company in the past but unfortunately they have a few very disrespectful ignorant non English speaking drivers , who don't care for the well being of the patients they transport from home to their medical appointments. They need to hire smart and kind drivers who can proper English with their other languages. These companies are only out there to make money for them selves.
I don't ever want to ride with company again in the future.

This company is filled with the most UNPROFESSIONAL drivers ever. I wouldn’t use them or have a contract with them. A short driver with glasses was rude dropped a patient off in a empty place . They act like it’s such a inconvenience to bring residents to their room. NO COMPASSION AT ALL WITHR THIS COMPANY

Horrible! The driver did show up but 45 minutes before the scheduling. He then says he will wait 15 minutes or he is leaving. The facility got him to stay.
Then…. When called for pickup, they don’t answer the phone. You have to leave a message which I did and nothing happened. Two more calls and then to voicemail each time. My mother is very weak from treatments and to deal with this nonsense is not acceptable.

ABDUL the owner was one of the worst business owners we have EVER encountered!! The rides were never on time, 1 hour late and if you know how dialysis is, you can’t be late! ABDUL the so called owner canceled all my fathers transport to dialysis because my brother made a complaint!! Guys acts like Trump!! He’s very unprofessional and hung up on my brother today when he at the last min canceled my fathers trip to dialysis at the last minute with no notifications, we hade to call and confirm and he just keeps hanging up on us!!! Wow This is my fathers life we are taking about and I will pursue legal retention concerning this matter! This ABDUL will not get away with this!!! I PROMISE!!

This transportation company almost killed my grandmother on her way home. They are extremely unsafe drivers and do not obey traffic laws. I do not recommend this transportation company to anyone.

Almost got sideswiped by a blue way van on copans after work, driver was distracted of course
