Great food, staff and experience! Sanchez puts a smile on my face every time I come in and his service goes above and beyond what you would expect at a sub shop. I love that they have a drive thru for days I don’t have time to come in. Looks clean and nice on the inside. Of course my sandwich is always made right and they even remember my order! Would recommend if you’re looking for a tasty lunch that doesn’t disappoint. There are a couple of the women staff who can be a little cranky/rude? But for the most part they’re awesome

I have been to this location three weeks straight because they are awesome. I always place my order for pickup via the drive thru and it’s always ready when I go and the employees are very kind. My order is always neat and made accurately. The only location that I will be visiting!

Super tasty subs, mac and cheese and salads. Everything is super fresh. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and made everything quickly and accurately.

First of all, I honestly believe Potbelly is the most underrated sandwich place. The food is amazing, the hot peppers are actually hot, the perks are great, and I am never disappointed. I also love that when you’re signed up for perks, you get a whole month for your birthday to redeem a free dessert, which includes a shake. The online ordering and drive thru pickup is so convenient. And I love this location. I’ve been ordering from here pretty often for a while and one of the workers drew smiley faces on our sandwich bags. Such a small thing, but I thought it was so cute and made me excited to eat. I don’t want to complain about this, because I work in food service and it’s so far from being a big deal, but if I had to complain about something it would be that they did not cut my sandwich in half this time. But it was made just the way I wanted it as always and still tastes amazing. I will keep coming back :) Would eat it every day if I could.

Nice to see Potbelly's in Michigan. I lived in Chicago for many years and enjoyed their sandwiches there. Now that we moved near Detroit it's a pleasant surprise to be able to continue eat Potbelly's sandwiches!

We had a large catering order delivered for a meeting today and we couldn't be happier with the service or the food! Our delivery was on time and the food order was accurate and delicious! We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Manager Sanchez should teach a class on customer relations.

I placed an app order and there was an error so my order was incorrect. He was so gracious in the handling of the error; thank you mg Sanchez. My daughter and I really enjoy PB because our sandwiches are always tasty and customer service is great.✨

We had a work meeting here and we weren't the only company doing so. Nice open layout, friendly staff, clean, convenient location, and "the wreck" sandwich is today for!

I got a turkey club with ranch and pickles. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Also their Mac and cheese with bacon and red peppers. Delicious. 10/10. Will be back.

Food and service was great! Sad to see the Mediterranean Salad was pulled from the menu but the sandwich is still tasty 😀

This potbelly never disappoints. In fact, I think it’s the first one I ever went to that hooked me onto it. The people there are extremely nice and pleasant. I always get the Italian sub and it’s always done well. The chicken pot pie soup is UH-MAZ-ING! It’s always hot, the flavor is great and comforting, and the buttery soft pie crust bits inside is chef’s kiss! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best ever. I didn’t think I liked oatmeal cookies.

Anywho, this is the go to spot if I want sandwich and a soup. So good!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleased with how friendly and quick the staff was.

My favorite sandwich shop. Please bring back the frozen Raspberry Lemonade! I love your toasted subs. The mac and cheese is wonderful, I've never had a soup I didn't thoroughly enjoy here. Good fast service. Great milkshakes too and LOVE the Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies.

Best customer service EVER! The manager himself delivered my online order after a glitch in the system couldn’t get a Uber eats driver to me. They always go above and beyond and made my day. Please be kind to people in the service industry!

In my opinion, this is the best Potbelly location in the area. Staff always seems helpful, fairly speedy and friendly. The store is clean and my food always is consistently made. A bit disappointed that Potbelly corporate has eliminated some menu items but Potbelly is still my favorite fast food sandwich stop.

Efficient service; does get a little busy during lunch and then late afternoon around 5:00p to 630p. Sandwiches bread is fresh. Their shakes are amazing; we love the Oreo cookie shake. Yum. Informal eatery.

The workers here are exceptionally nice and great at their jobs. Skip the drive-thru and mobile order instead for a significantly quicker experience. Food is always well-prepared as well! I love me a meatball sammich nom nom.

The drive thru elevates this location to another level.
