They had the part I needed at a good price. The counter person who helped me said it was his first day, but he was friendly and helpful. He did ask another employee to confirm I had the right part, which I appreciated, instead of leaving with the wrong one.

Fabulous customer service! Well stocked store. Francisco replaced our faulty battery in no time and then recommended a place for breakfast that ended up being the perfect choice.

My car was acting up so I stopped by Auto Zone to check it. She find out that battery is failing and I need to replace it luckily my warranty of 3 years was not expired. The autozone team included the manger was friendly and very helpful especially Yaraima who was super nice with great costumer service skills. I will definitely come back again to the store . Thank you Autozone.

Ernesto went above and beyond! I was on my way to Disney when my check engine light started flashing an hour from my home. I pulled into the parking lot and called the store so someone could come out and pull the codes without having to turn my vehicle off. Ernesto pulled the codes and came back out with the printed codes. He checked the oil and turns out I needed a quart of oil because of a leak somewhere I can’t see. I get my oil changed religiously every 5,000 miles and had just had an oil change 1,500 miles ago. Anyways, I was still able to enjoy my day with my kids and made it safely home thanks to Ernesto! My vehicle is in the shop and I would definitely make the drive again to visit store #5097! Somebody give this guy a raise because he deserves it!

Ricky & Ernesto were polite & helpful in changing my burned out headlight before my family & I had to drive back to Alabama from Vacation. I appreciate their help in getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

Excellent service by Jerick. My car battery was about to die, so I made a curbside purchase through the app. I came to the store and he replaced my battery super quick. Keep up the good work Jerick. This is the type of customer service Corporate needs to promote and keep motivating the employees so the good ones stayed with the company.

My battery was having issues. I went to Auto Zone and Ricky Boza assisted in switching it out. Fast and easy and he was helpful and friendly! The service at this store is why I keep coming back!
