We just took our daughter to get her ears pierced she got two 14k gold earrings in each ear . I cannot tell you how amazing this place was from the time we walked in till the time we left we felt so comfortable. Blake was our piercer and recommended to us from a few friends he was absolutely incredible. Everything was sterile clean he walked my daughter through the whole process. There were no surprises. She felt totally comfortable and so happy and excited when we left. We will definitely be back and definitely be recommending this place for anybody who would like to get a piercing. Very professional very clean very wonderful in every way. Thank you again !

AMAZING!! My husband and I brought our 5 yr old and 13 yr old girls here for piercings. I can’t tell you how incredible Blake was with all of us! Highly recommend this place. It was clean, the staff were nice. Just wonderful!

I got two earlobe piercings today on the same ear and had a great experience! The studio is clean and quiet. I had only a few minutes’ wait for my appointment during which I could choose my piercing jewelry. Hooks was super efficient and kind and did exactly what i was hoping for for my second and third piercing on one ear, and also gave me some inspiration for future piercings even though i have weirdly-shaped ear cartilage. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thanks for a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Danie Hooks is the best piercer I've ever had. Not only does she excel at actual piercing, she is fantastic at guiding you through the earring selection, placement, aftercare, and overall curation in relation to other existing and future piercing placement possibilities. She has a very respectful no-pressure approach and made me feel completely comfortable and confident with my jewelry choices and piercing decisions. Her aftercare advice has had a dramatically positive impact on my healing progress. She is impeccably clean and has great attention to detail. I have been so impressed with her that I will follow her wherever she goes in future endeavors to be a regular client of hers--It is obvious why she has such a loyal following of clients. Writing this before I even leave the parking lot. Needed help with putting my jewelry back in after it fell out early this morning. Darwin at the front desk was extremely pleasurable. Everything was efficient and sanitary. The shop is very lovely and all around good feel. Craig was super kind, explained everything to me clearly and was quick! Thanks guys. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Craig pokes u is amazing. I got my nose pierced by Blake a few years ago which was wonderful. I recently got my tragus pierced by Hooks. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the piercing which is what prompted me to move forward with the last minute decision of the piercing. Hooks was great. I’ve had no issues so far with the healing and I continue to recommend Craig Pokes U to all of my family and friends, each one having the same great experience as me.

Blake did a double nose piercing on me today. He was so patient with my back and forth with placement and was the sweetest thing. He’s been piercing for as long as I’ve been alive so I trusted him immediately. It also barely hurt and I really enjoyed the little time I spent with him tonight. This is my second visit to the shop, but my first for an actual piercing. The prices are pretty steep but the jewelry im sure is the reason. All in all I had a really good experience. I will be asking for Blake for all further piercings.♥

One of my piercings was a tad bit off.. you could barely tell unless you really looked but it really bothered me. I called and was able to come back in for Blake to fix it. He was very kind and so was the staff. Literally no problems to get my issue fixed. I really appreciated that.

Took my youngest in last night for 2nd and 3rds in her lobes. Can’t thank you enough Craig, your team is top notch!! I can’t believe I ever took my older daughters to the mall for their first piercings. Thankful to have better knowledge now and for discovering your shop. Love you guys!!!

Excellent experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced. The facility was super clean and staff all very friendly and great with kids. She was nervous but they put her at ease. Would definitely recommend!

DANIE HOOKS IS THE QUEEN! I brought my 10 year old daughter on her birthday to get her ears pierced. Danie could not have been more affirming, knowledgeable, and kind. She made my daughter feel so special, empowered her to make up her own mind and her own decisions, and talked her through everything before anything happened. I was so impressed with her that I got second ear-piercings too!! She is our GO-TO for sure! Ask for 'Ms. Hooks' and you won't regret it!

I’ve been going here for years. I highly recommend, not once have I ever had trouble with any of my piercings. I go to Blake and he’s amazing, super professional, very patient and he clearly knows what he’s doing. Couldn’t recommend this place more !

Omg this was such a great experience!!! My friend decided last minute she wanted to get her nose pierced and I decided to get a second nose piercing. The appointment was easy to make. Blake showed us everything and answered a number of questions. Then he explained the whole process to both my friend and I. The place was super clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Also an added touch was they had feminine hygiene products available to their customers!!! Loved this place!!!

First impression was excellent. Incredibly clean environment with sterile tools and jewelry that are checked for each customer. Very nice and helpful girl at the front desk who happily answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. Staff are all friendly and make you feel heard and at ease through the whole piercing process. First one I've been to in the area and don't see a need to check anywhere else for the future. High quality jewelry and high quality customer service. I'll be back soon!

Absolutely the best place to take your child to get their ears pierced properly and safely. Their building is extremely clean and organized, and the piercers show you the sterilized equipment to be used. The 2 piercers explained everything in depth to my daughter beforehand, and nothing was a surprise to her. They were great - she didn't even flinch during the piercing. Also, they had a great selection of medical-grade earrings to choose from to wear until the piercing heals. They also teach you how to keep the piercing clean and send you home with a bottle of sterile saline spray. It's definitely a great place for piercings!

Love this place and the nicest team of piercers that always work so diligently! My first lobe piercings were done at their old location. Since then, I've been back twice and can't imagine getting pierced anywhere else. They're extremely focused on cleanliness and sterilization, making sure every customer is fully aware of their practices. Not being able to bring their own jewelry may be a con for some, but I promise their selection is fine and from high quality materials. Already itching to go back for another piercing from this incredible team for the third time in the past year!

Just got my nostril pierced here and the experience could not have been more amazing! Blake was extremely thorough with explaining every step of the procedure and was also super gentle and friendly. The shop is clean and I felt pricing was very fair as well. I would 100% come back here for additional piercings.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Craigs for the past year. I’ve gotten my conch pierced and my boyfriend has gotten his septum and both nostrils. Jason is an amazing piercer. They makes you feel comfortable, shows and explains every step they take and gives you candy afterwards haha
Blake is an amazing piercer as well! They took care of us when we got butchered at another shop and even refunded us on the charge for new posts when replacing them. It may be pricy here but it’s for good reason. I will not be going to any shop other than this one.

Someone on Reddit (r/nova) recommend CraigPokesU and they did not disappoint! Walking into CraigPokesU studio after work, I was immediately greeted by the warm and knowledgeable staff. The entire process, from selecting an earring to getting pierced, was impressively swift and professional. Their ability to provide a comforting and informative experience for a first-timer like me was great. I highly recommend this place!!

Professional, knowledgeable, clean, and great with kids and adults alike. My 8 year old was walked through each step of the process by Blake. He spoke to her directly. She felt safe and in control of the experience. The place was clean and the piercing came out beautifully. Other than the second pinch, it was a painless experience.
