Starbucks

Starbucks has really stepped up their customer service game. I love when you pull up to the window and they introduce themselves and ask for your name. They're always so friendly and of course my coffee drink and double smoked bacon sandwich is always amazing.

The barista I talked to was really amazing and was trying her best to stay on top of the game since the line was unbelievable. She made a nice little conversation while taking my order that made me forget about the ten minutes wait in the line. Loved it!

For have a line constantly the employees of this Starbucks have a very friendly and an actually caring demeanor. Not only that, but with just two employees they were slinging drinks out faster than most Starbucks I've been to.

Every place of service has its ups and downs. This one provides grand service with some of the nicest cashiers in the business. Every drink is made with grand care. Of course, as the workers are human, they make a mistake every now and then.
On a good day; You'll hear the workers cheerily singing and chatting as they breeze through every order with perfect accuracy.
On a bad day, Someone will antagonize the workers.
This is a gourmet cafe serving the best drinks they can offer. If you want a super fluffy cappucino or a bizzare custom option; These guys will deliver.

Staff was outstanding and very friendly and made sure our drinks were made right even after we ordered incorrectly!!! Above and beyond normal customer service!

We were up all night for a medical procedure...the Starbucks lady made our mocha absolutely PERFECT....she was really kind...don't always find that on the Thruway....yum!

Great customer service and If you don't like what they serve you here you can walk 5 minutes to get to the next one.

Convenient location for coffee. Coffee was hot and delicious. This location also has muffins and other pastries available for sale. Friendly employees.
