Starbucks

All employees were very nice! I figured the 45 min wait they would be grouchy! Sooo busy but I needed my latte! Then I as I was almost to register I remembered they had a drive thru! Lol but I thought employees would be grouchy because Ithaca’s and a few other places would get grouchy when busy but not here!!! They were perfect!!! Very nice very calm!

Some of the best coffee in the area, Fantastic customer service, and the workers were not talking instead of taking my order which happens more than you would expect I guess

Oh lord. Lordy lord lord lord. Startbucks! I had to use the toilet stalls beforehand at this BEAUTIFUL rest stop on SUNNY I -90! Big Dog walking round with a big ol’ ceegar in his mouth. Me and this other man I know walked up to the young Mr. at the Starmbucks and said fill us up some coffees son. And he did and we paid for those coffees and all had a laugh and walked out the door. Ain’t drunk it yet but it’ll be pretty good. I wanted to eat all the food they had in the case on display! Mufin, donut, French food. Maybe one day….THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!

The kindest barista working on Thanksgiving day. Somebody give her a raise.

Fast service, all 3 drinks were great

Nice travel plaza Starbucks. They offer a drive-thru, which surprised me for a travel plaza. We stopped at 9:30am and they weren’t very busy. I ordered and received my beverage fairly quickly. The young women who made my drink made it to perfection!
Losing a star because they were only accepting cash and Starbucks cards, which can be a big inconvenience or problem for travels. They also had unconventionally high prices compared to my hometown Starbucks, $7 for a Grande shaken espresso.

Drive thru always seems to be closed, with or without enough staff. Then when you go in, the wait is insanely long. Kind of sad.

I was waiting for my coffee for 20 minutes.

Do NOT go there this morning! My wife bugged me to stop and get her a coffee. She placed the order as the app allowed her to at 6:00am. She went in to only find the place closed! She came back to leave and I seen a light come on inside Starbucks. She went back in to the ropes still pulled closed. She waited to have the lady there who was working tell her they were not going to open until 11:00!!! Beware!!

Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE stopping...the staff are exceptionally rude, and couldn't enter order properly OR apply stars AND super over priced compared to other Starbucks. Hopefully someone else reads this before stopping and gets their fill elsewhere.

The only reason I’m giving this location a one star is due to Starbucks unprofessional. So I approach the drive-through when it was open. The lady at the speaker stated that the drive-through is closed. She said come inside is open inside, so I went inside waited in line for 45 minutes until it became my turn , the staff approached us stating that they are closed. They are not taking any more orders. A customer and I requested to speak to a manager. The manager approached us and we stated that we’ve been standing there for approximately 45 minutes. She can’t just say we’re closed. She replied, stating that she is short staff, and two of her staff have been VOMITING
since their shift. They served approximately 30 people that I witnessed take their drinks. Meanwhile, her staff are vomiting. That is a Health violation for starters. Second of all what she should’ve done put a big sign behind the last customer stating that they are closed this way no new customers can walk in. What a shame very disappointed in this Starbucks

If I could give negative stars I would. Staff was rude. Completely screwed up my order. Charged me for products that we did not receive. Essentially stealing from me. The when questioned about it argued with me and kicked me out of the store. If I had the time I would boycott this store and push as many people away as possible.

You'd at least keep your time if you just opened up your window & threw out a Jackson. They spent all this money on a beautiful rest stop but they don't have any knowledge on what they are doing here at Starbucks. They are imposter barristas from Phelps! Our two featured lattes didn't even have coffee in them. One actually had hott water. This is a rip off & a joke. Honestly should fix this place with better management training. It's not cool to get paid for a product you didn't deliver. Please help this location corporate Starbucks 🙏

Extremely long unacceptable wait in the drive through. Do not recommend anyone stop here unless you have an extra hour to spare. Waited over 30 mins for 4 cars in front of us starting off in drive through.

Would give a zero stars if possible. Ordered a drink that is on their menu and the worker kept telling me they don’t have it. I explained to her what it was and she proceeded. Had me pay and then after waiting 15 minutes, she tried to give me the wrong drink. I was going to ask for a refund, but she just disappeared from the window with the wrong drink. What a waste of $6.
