A great new stop on the Thruway. Clean, friendly and delicious, who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A while on a road trip. Glad there are multiple locations on the New York Thruway.

We always love Chick-Fil-A but this one topped them all. The manager, Natalie went above and beyond. Friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

Love the new rest areas on the thruway. Got Chick-fil-A and it was very quick, hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that the price wasn't that much compared with the resturant. Staff was very friendly.

Sydnee was an absolute angel. I had been traveling all day, had not eaten anything and was running on no sleep/even less energy and she went out of her way to be kind. She helped me when anyone else would have turned me away. I can't say enough about how extremely caring she was that evening. The world needs more people like her. I would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A. The food was excellent too!

People are so negative and angry and unthankful these days expecting way to much !! Great place to get chicken! First time ever for me at chick- fil-A I have to say you all nailed it. Keep up the great work that you all do God bless all you workers for doing your best and serving me and my family.

Mikala took my order, she was smiling and happy the whole time we talked, the staff was laughing and having a good time while they cleaned and waited on me, it's nice to see such a well trained nice staff with manners who love their jobs. Fantastic chick fil a! Would 100% be stopping here every time.

The food was hot, it took a bit longer than normal fast food, in fairness they had aline almost out the door, but regardless they made my entire expirence absolutely perfect.

Our breakfast fod was good cooked just right and really good coffee. Service was slower but they are just opening, and they don't have staff. only one person out front and maybe 2 in back. This rest stop is new and still has some construction going on but the tables are cleaned and floor is clean.

I come to this location at least 2x a week. The manager working up front is the friendliest person there, she is there everytime I visit, my foods always hot and today when I got my normal order she gave me a cookie best day ever!

The newly renovated Clifton Springs service area is an excellent place to stop when you’re traveling in I-90 eastbound.
The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the new Clifton Springs Service Area (I-90 eastbound, mile marker 337) in Clifton Springs, NY is now open to the public. The location is the fifth new service area to open to Thruway customers as part of the $450 million project to redevelop and modernize all 27 Thruway service areas. The Iroquois Service Area, Indian Castle Service Area, Chittenango Service Area and Junius Ponds Service Area have reopened.The Clifton Springs Service Area is located on I-90 eastbound between exit 43 (Manchester) and exit 42 (Geneva). The facility is more than 20,000 square feet, making it nearly triple the size of the first three locations to open.
