This is a fantastic little shop that has never needed to change in my opinion, but she has adapted to the wants and needs of the town as best she can, and I am very impressed with what she has accomplished. If you're looking for anything outside of the normal gift, anything for that intricate person in your life? This is absolutely the place to go, and the owner is as helpful as anybody could possibly ask for!

Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here! Have even had custom items made by request for very reasonable prices. Between my wife and I we've bought plenty of stickers, loose leaf teas, ground coffee flavors you can't find anywhere else in town! She loves the selection of teas and earrings and I just like looking for new things and all the pins! Sincerely, hands down the best store in town for my wife and I to window shop! This is my favorite place to go. I've never had any problems with any of my purchases. It's the best place to go in town to purchase tarot decks, herbs, incense, and teas. There's so many great finds. The owner is amazing. 🙂

The shop had such a good vibe! I was able to find everything I needed and then some. Slippery elm bark in this form is so hard to find!! The owner was so kind and I left feeling great and excited to come back!

I have gone into the shop numerous time to purchase a few things. I love the stickers, we collect them. Always greeted with a smile, and sweet voice. It's a very calm environment and welcoming for everyone and different people. My kids usual come with me and even though they are hectic she is super sweet with them. Great little shop! I went in when they first opened and purchased a few things. I loved a dress so bought it without trying on and unfortunately it was too big. The sweet owner promptly refunded my money with a smile. I really need to go back in she is always posting new and unusual items!

I have become a frequent shopper of this establishment, as it is the best store of its kind north of Bangor in my opinion!

The atmosphere is always clean and inviting. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly approachable.

There is an eclectic assortment of merchandise available. Something for everyone! There is always new things added so its not the same repetitive merchandise every week.

All of the products are high quality. She researches the suppliers to ensure ethical, quality products. If you are looking for something specific, be sure to ask.
She is usually able to order it or help you find it.

Went to this store 4 month ago with my family and we absolutely loved everything about it. My kids purchased rocks and numerous other things. When I said we loved this store is an understatement we came home which was 1 hour drive and my kids had a list of item they wanted more of. I contacted the owner of the store which is very pleasant to deal with and made my order the following day she charged, packed and shipped my items with. O extra cost.

The store is always kept in immaculate shape, the prices definitely reflect the time and work put into some of her homemade pieces (which are always gorgeous 😍), and I love how she always tries to keep a positive atmosphere in her store. She is very friendly and definitely won't bite lol I definitely recommend you check this place out, she has A LOT of awesome stuff to pick up for yourself or as a gift for someone else. This store is absolutely fabulous!!! I have bought so many different items from delicious treats, tarot cards, a beautiful doll for my daughter and everything is quality and brings great joy. The owner is patient with my kids and always so helpful. I always look forward to going here time and time again.

This is a great shop run by great people. We're lucky to have such a place like this in a small town with little variety outside the standard corporate stores etc. The Tulgey Wood Emporium is a welcoming place my whole family enjoys.

There are some less open-minded people around who have ill-informed opinions of this shop based on some antiquated worldviews and complete lack of compassion for others - They're so wrong. It's a friendly place and entirely worth visiting. (my kids love it!)

I sincerely hope to see this shop continue to stick around and grow.

Monica is so sweet and always helpful. I’m literally obsessed with her little shop (as are my kids) and go in as much as I can. All merchandise that I have bought is of good quality. I love that she and her husband also make items that are handmade because you know they put their time and hearts into them. I’d give 10 stars if I could 🕯 🌙 🪄✨

Customer service here is excellent! The owner is super kind, friendly and easy to talk to. Her store is full of really cool and interesting items that you won’t find at any old shop. Highly recommend stopping by for a unique gift, to treat yourself and for nice conversation. ❤

This enchanting place is a wonder of it’s own. From CD’s to handmade Dolls to stickers, stones, jewelry, you name it, they have it. The owner(s) are welcoming and customer satisfaction type people. You name what you’re looking for and Monica is more than willing to help you find what that is. She is very talented and someone who works hard to provide and offer what she does. This store will get 5 stars from me again and again. I am never let down when I go there. I have a doll that she made TWO YEARS AGO, STILL in perfect condition.
