We ordered online so that we could use the restroom before headed to the interstate. The restrooms were clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and attentive. It took no time at all to get our order and the food tasted good. We received everything we ordered just as asked.

Fast, friendly, affordable. These Mickey Dee's employees are top notch and polite, professional at their jobs! Swing in off I-95 Houlton Exit 302 when you are passing through Aroostook County. The Houlton McDonalds is one neat rest and eat stop when traveling into Atlantic Canada's Maritime provinces.

Needed a little pick me up, had a blue berry muffin which was delicious. We then washed that down with a hot fudge sundae for a little treat. Mmm good! Just what we needed to get back on the road again with a big smile and a quick break!!!

Freshest fast food I've gotten in a long time. Asked for extra pickles and onions and my burger came loaded with them. Other McDonald's only give you one extra pickle when you ask. Very friendly people and fast friendly service.

Best Mcdonalds in the State of Maine it’s always a pleasure dining in wherever I get the chance to do so.

This is the best McDonalds experience I’ve ever had and I wish all other McDonald’s locations would replicate what this particular McDonald’s offers their customers. I stopped by here twice for breakfast (on two different days this week) during a 5 hour trip. I don’t live anywhere near Houlton, Maine. But I just want to say how polite the staff are here, and how promptly they serve customers. The employees here act like they take pride in what they do. And it’s also a great experience when staff don’t act like you’re inconveniencing them when you need to ask them questions.

Make no mistake about it. Mcdonalds in Maine are horrible. The Houlton location? For some reason, this place has never let me down. Always accurate and hot.

Really nice since they remodeled and modernized the place. This is a very high volume location and the new layout and increased kitchen size make it a much better place to visit. It was difficult to get into this store before. No problem now!

I love their shed. The restaurant is normal but that shed!

This McDonald’s is very modern. We stopped in for a restroom break after driving for two hours. The restroom was spotless.

Everything food wise is good and fast but... I hardly ever get an order where they don't leave at least items from me & my family's order** please check your bags when u receive them or you will be out money* always check 2 make sure u get all of ypur order** i realize things ate crazy but please make sure ur checking and including everything in people's orders.
Update all of these issues are resolved they are the complete opposite of what they what they they used to be! They are professional timely the food is amazing and there is absolutely no issues with this McDonald's at all anymore! So I recommend this 5 stars please come to this establishment they are amazing! The date that this is being put now is on 3 8 2022

Great speed through drive through

I eat at this particular McDonald’s at least a few times every single week. This is hands down the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. It is clean, the employees are always phenomenal and the products are always perfect. Seriously, I have never seen such friendly fast food employees and had such consistently perfect food. Fast, fresh, affordable, clean and friendly. What more could anybody want in a fast food place? Awesome job, Houlton McDonald’s!

I buy Iced Coffees daily from this particular McDonald's. They are a wonderful crew, including the Store Manager, Jill. She is a sweetheart and is always getting orders out hot, fast, and friendly. It makes for a great daily visit

it was run like a well-oiled machine the cashiers were friendly and my order was complete in a matter of minutes. Beautiful atmosphere with a fireplace in the center and the girls that take the orders were separate from the people putting them together which makes it a lot more efficient McDonald's I've been in a very long time

Its gotten better but more pricey. Still my fav.

Fast and accurate service. I got all my straws and sauces for once and my fries were piping hot! Really love the new points system and have always used the online checkout.

McDonald's is in full swing since the pandemic. This location now has 2 drive-through lanes for faster ordering and shorter lines. You can order and back on the road in just a few minutes. It is the same old food though. So if you are expecting an improvement in that area, well, don't get your hopes up. If you like McDonald's food and want a quick and easy meal, then this location is just what you need.

One of the best locations I've been to. They were fast friendly and got our orders perfect and for being during the lunch rush they were still on there A- game and they were really quick.

Service was quick and the food (Quarter Pounder with cheese, medium meal) was tasty
