Fast Lights crew has always been helpful and prompt. Need a driver and gear, it’s no problem for these guys. I worked in the shop for a while when I first started out and it ended up being the film school experience I needed to step into the field. If you’re fresh and looking to learn a lot quickly, fast lights is a great place to do it. Also helps that they have a great team that runs the shop.

FastLights has been great to work with, From booking, to pickup and drop off, they helped us make it happen. I work for a Phoenix based production company and FastLights made it easy to work on the other side of the country. Having all the gear waiting for us on site in a van made getting our gear thoughtless, and being able to leave the van keys at the hotel desk after we wrapped made for one of the quickest returns. All the gear was industry standard and worked as expected.

The fastlights crew is professional and knowledgeable with great attention to detail and care in their work. Equipment was in great condition and I would be happy to work with them again on future projects.

FastLights set us up with Dan Peck for our short film In the Company of Crows. He was able to bring a full van of lighting equipment to our 3 day shoot, and for a reasonable price. The owner of Fast:Lights is totally committed to the smallest carbon footprint possible, by keeping things out of the landfill. Textiles and screens are professionally cared for. Stained (not flame retarded) silks are washed with bar soap and air dried. Worn out elastics are replaced with heavy duty elastics. Tears and holes are mended. First Lights invests in human hours to keep stuff out of the landfill. Crew members are mentored by the owner; they work well together.

FastLights is an amazing team, always professional and going the extra mile! Having used them on several shoots in remote New England and upstate New York they never miss a beat, come well equipped and able to work in tough conditions. Without their skill and expertise we would not have been able to pull off multiple set up's in different locations on the same day. As a producer who works all over the US in many major markets Fastlights is at the top of their game and a go to call for me.

Absolutely worth every cent!

I'm a freelance producer who took on a last-minute job for a client shooting TV commercials. This was a huge job for me. I've never had to rent equipment before or work with a lighting team, but Dan, along with the entire FastLights team made it super easy.

They were super professional on the phone, and on set. I was able to tell them what I wanted, leave the set, and return to something better than what I asked for. They brought everything I could possibly need, worked super efficiently, didn't complain when we pushed into overtime, and our actors complimented me on one of the best crews they have ever worked with.
