McDonald's

I have been here several times now. I always go to the window. Ruth always takes my order. I cannot say enough kind words about her. She is the sweetest and kindest staff member. She lifts our spirits each time. Honestly she should train every person in the service industry. I will go out of my way just to see her. Kindness goes such a long way in today’s society. If the owner reads this … please acknowledge Ruth and understand what a gem you have in her.

They're surprisingly always very friendly compared to most McDonald's I go to. Like they are actually happy to help you. Usually very fast during the lunch time when I go. Oh and the food tastes fresh, not like it's been sitting in the warmer for awhile. I forgot how good the nuggets can be until them. Keep it up guys

Lately McDonald’s locations don’t fit my needs . either it has a tiny dining room and never a seat or the latest removing the self serve beverage and the kiosk only ordering . I was looking for a old school location and when I saw the address was “1776” military trail I had a good feeling . Pulled up to a huge McDonald’s probably 100 seats .people at the register and full self serv beverage. Breakfast was good and exactly what I ordered hot and fresh .my new spot been back 3 times on point each time . You can see managers overseeing the operation and it shows in the speed and accuracy of the orders and the way the employees act

We were coming back to our nearby hotel at about 11:30pm on 3/30 after an Inter Miami soccer game and the Micky D’s drive thru was the only option still open for some food. They were closing soon so I felt a little bad ordering for our party of 5 but we needed some food. We got the best, friendliest service of any McDs I’ve ever been to from the woman that was working. Food came out fresh and 100% spot on! Better experience than a lot of full service restaurants I have been to in the recent past!

This is a great McDonald’s! Definitely one of the best! This is the closest McDonald’s location to my house but that’s not what I like most about it; what I like most is that they always get my order correct!

There are two lanes so that people can put in their order faster. Management does their best keeping the line moving.

They also have curbside via the app that works really well! Occasionally you will be given free fries and other things if you use the app!

This location is open till midnight!

Went here on my visit to Florida and the purple haired boy twink serving me was literally so funny , i couldn’t stop laughing while ordering. He was like 17 or smth, wishing them the best.

They did a great job on my late morning weekday breakfast.

this is my favorite mcdonald’s. they’re always super fast and always nice. love u guys lol

Food is always great. Drive thru is pretty quick and inside there are many tables and is always clean. Seek service kiosk is good. People are nice.

Rolled through the drive through for drinks and ice cream. Was quick efficient got order correct and was back on the road in no time

I’ll go here to grab an egg McMuffin and pancakes for the kids when we have a road trip. I appreciate how friendly the morning staff is. The ladies at the drive through are always so warm, kind, and take a moment to put a smile on your face. It’s a little thing and I enjoy they care enough to say hello and welcome me back.

I’ve been at this location multiple times, and the service wasn’t really all that great in some of my past visits, but oh let me tell you.
This morning I just finished an event at FAU, then decided to swing through and grab a couple biscuits, but to my surprise, I pulled in, and the lady who greeted me was absolutely wonderful and sweet to say the least, I pulled through to the window and there she was, asking how my day’s been and honestly just showing that sweet southern hospitality you don’t see much of around Florida. She had such a bright smile, greeting, service was swift, and she and the lady at the second window as well just made my day. I pulled off and I honestly couldn’t stop smiling because of how kind they were. I would’ve never expected such nice, wonderful people, God bless them both, and I hope they have a wonderful day, because they truly just made mine. :) (the lady with the mask that has the Psalms quote).

I roll through for breakfast (#7 w/caramel iced coffee ftw) a few times a week before work, and every time, the staff is on point. ESPECIALLY the drive through. They always have a positive attitude & great energy. There’s two employees (the ones with the cool bracelets) that have such a great attitude, it makes my day exponentially better. It’s a thankless job, and the team at this location provide a phenomenal customer experience, and top tier customer service. That and my orders are always fresh, and never haphazardly thrown together like other fast food establishments. Literally everything I’ve gotten has always been picture perfect.

The service wasn't too bad, thats all I'll say. The nuggets here though, they don't taste as good as I remember.

I got food for 9 people and the wonderful people working there achieved this in an extremely timely manner. I am beyond impressed by my experience at this location. Every McDonald’s location should aspire to be like this. I visited on August 24 2020 and a trainee helped me bring my food to my car during her break. I didn’t get her name but she should be recognized for her helpfulness. Thank you for an awesome experience from the last place I expected to be treated like royalty. ( no offense of course)

Great food. Loved the technology and the fact I am able to self-pick and order for my food.

The service here is amazing! The freshness & quality of food is excellent. There is always someone in the lobby making sure the tables and things are clean and they are very efficient with getting your food to you in a timely manner. Shoutout to Alexis for always having a smile and friendly personality even during peak lunch times! I came in during breakfast and lunch and she was till there kind as ever.

RUTH!!! She is literally amazing and deserves a raise, promotion and some McDonald stock! She keeps the morning rush drive through on point! She is always SO FRIENDLY and happy and this location wouldn't be what it is without her! :) Thank you RUTH!!
