CEFCO Convenience Store

Cheapest gas in town and the staff is always friendly. They stay busy so there's a line most of the time, but totally worth the wait. Plus the deli has a variety of food to go. Also well kept bathrooms.

Employees were nice. They have hot, fresh food for fair prices. I got a 2 piece chicken meal with Tots, a biscuit, and sauce for $5.49. Can't beat that.

Fast and friendly service. Store is nice and clean. I always visit this location when I’m in Freeport :)

Randy in the deli is such a helpful employee! They were out of what I wanted and he made and excellent suggestion that turned out better than what I wanted. Thank you so much!! I will be back for sure!!

Great location

The cheapest gas in town, trying to get it, is the hard part. I had to circle twice today.

I didn't get out of the truck. My husband & 2 younger boys went in to use the restrooms.

I pulled up and half of their pumps were not working. There was an old guy out there scratching his head and staring at them though. The restroom looked like some had stepped back and peed all over all the urinals at one time and kinda smelled like it too. Wanted to get some things from the deli but neither ordering machine was working so I had to go to the counter. This old mean lady yelled from the back “what you want” I started my order off with 2 sausage biscuits, and she stopped me and said “they’re in the case by the from door!”. I decided maybe I should leave her be if she’s that aggravated, I don’t want anyone throwing hot fryer grease at me and you never know when they got that look in the eye. I went to the front of the store to the case she mentioned and found the sausage biscuits. They had been sitting there so long that the oil from the biscuits had permeated the wrappers, they were hard, crusty, and bland. The sausage tasted like it had been cooked last week and just reheated. I also found substitutes for the rest of my order in there as well. One of which was a brisket and cheese on a tortilla, it was completely cold, no warmth, the cheese was still in whole cold shreads. I certainly hope we don’t get food poisoning but if it happens then I believe I know the culprit..

Everything is great unless you need a receipt printed at the pump. There is never paper in the printer in the pump.

When you have more pumps broken than you do operating, you have problems.
It would be different if this just happens but this has been going on for several weeks.
Do better. You got the money.
