Taco Bell

I am so shocked reading these other reviews.. this is the best Taco Bell location I have ever been to in my life. The inside is always really clean, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is always extremely friendly and quick and this is the only Taco Bell that has never gotten my order wrong or served me something that wasn’t good. I almost always substitute black beans in my items instead of beef and this location has never messed that up. The food made here is ALWAYS fresh even when I order through the mobile app, and also whenever I order on DoorDash it’s always still warm and packaged well with sauce and napkins. They also make the best breakfast Crunchwraps. As a Taco Bell enthusiast this one is my #1, Goodjob staff!!

Always a pleasant experience. Food is always correct and hot. Wish y'all were back open for breakfast at 7am again. But thankfully the morning manager is very business oriented and always takes my order a few minutes before 8 and asks me to pull around to the front door. Then they politely bring my food out a few later. They make my coffee great and wrap the burrito well for my commuter breakfast.

Absolutely love this new taco Bell located in Freeport. Although there was no indoor dining due to this virus care, the drive-thru was absolutely fast and the customer service was exceptional.Food was good as always and will continue to come here in the future when in the area. Be sure to try one of their new box meal specials for$5.

We went through the drive thru. I was craving tacos. Pulled up, ordered, no problems, our food was ready by the time we got to the windows. I couldn't ask for better service.

We stopped on the way to Florida. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. The food was good and hot and I loved the sturdy seats at each table.
If definitely recommend this Taco Bell!
The only problem we had,was that they'd run out of potatoes!

We went thru the drive thru kind of late at night and I think they were about to close but the staff still let us order and we really appreciated it. We were expecting to be turned away because they literally closed in five more minutes. Great friendly staff and the food was just as tasty as ever.

I had the best time at this Taco Bell. The food was fantastic and the staff was over the top. Brandon and Kristy were so kind and attentive. Would highly recommend stopping on your beach vacation.

Little Freeport just keeps growing and growing! A brand new Taco Bell all fresh, shiny and new serves the area their addictive tacos and burritos. The drive thru moves at a good pace for a brand new store opening.

I have traveled all over America, the team that works at this Taco Bell is the best, and I especially want to praise the manager John, the man knows how to run a business, he was very kind and treated me to dinner. John if you're reading this, thanks again! You are a true professional! 🙏🏻💪🏻🙂

Bree and the manager were so friendly and great at conversations. Restaurant was clean and prices unbeatable! Bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

Drive thru was very prompt taking my order. I was served quickly and on my way. The staff was very attentive and friendly!

We did the drive through. Whoever took our order was hilarious. Every item we ordered was met with a “mmm delicious” and “wow, excellent choice, just fantastic!”. When we drove to the window, she was just as friendly and verified our order was correct. Surprised to read about others having customer service issues, it was fine for us. Husband said his food was good.

This experience started out negative after having our food remade twice. Mary Ann was the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in fast food. She turned our experience around and even offered us a complimentary treat for the inconvenience. She's the reason we'll be coming back.:)

Ordered first through kiosk, then ordered again through app. Orders were perfect, hot and fresh. Dining room and bathroom were clean

The carne asada fries were horrible! Way to much runny cheese. I'm pretty sure the couple peices of meat were not asada

Probably the most efficient, friendly, and well-maintained TB I've ever been to. Food is proportioned well, wrapped securely, and special orders are almost always adhered to perfectly. They also observe outstanding safety protocols.

I want to take a moment to say thank you so much to the crew at the Freeport Taco Bell. I am a local truck driver and during these times of the pandemic it is hit and miss on where we can go into the lobby of restaurants and eat. This Taco Bell allows me access to the inside kiosk to place my order because my truck is too big for the drive-through. You guys have no idea how much of a help this is. I really appreciate it.
