Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I'm a local, so I have my own list of where to go for a good burger, seafood, chicken sandwich, etc. Where it comes ice cream treats, Dairy Queen is my go-to place. Overall, the staff are consistently competent and personable. However, there is one guy that really stands out in my mind. He is known as "Red". I feel like this man appreciates me for being his customer. Simply put, Red is a good and gentle human being - a rare trait in the fast food service industry these days. Kudos to the Freeport, FL Dairy Queen for employing this guy. I hope they realize the value he brings in to work each day.

Very friendly, personable young man took our order and delivered it to our table promptly. Food was hot and good. Was impressed to see the young man who was our server constantly busy, sweeping, wiping down. Not once standing around idle. All the time being attentive to us as well. First visit here but will definately be back.

I went through the drive thru yesterday. There was a long line of cars. When it was my turn to order I was greeted immediately and told they would be with me shortly. The person taking my order was very friendly. The line moved quickly. My order was fresh and made correctly. Great experience over all and will be back!

I’d had a terrible day and my friend ordered me an Ice Cream Cake! When I went to pick it up the team asked if I wanted anything written on it and I gave full artistic freedom…. This is what they wrote !!! It made my whole week.

Loved the Christian music playing. Staff was friendly. Good food. I really enjoyed my mango freeze that was mixed with soft serve. Will go back if I'm ever that way.

I love this location! Positive music playing, amazing kind staff in an atmosphere that exudes love for all people. Wonderful assets in their team members Leah and Roy. Highly recommend going inside here and skipping the drive through. Worth it to see their smiling faces and engage in a conversation.

I ordered a sheet ice cream cake. She was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

Amazing Service, Great Food, Great Music. My husband, daughter and I stopped on our way out of FL and was so grateful and pleased with our entire experience. The young boy working the counter was great with us and very professional and very into detail about the kind of blizzard I was wanting. Thank you DQ for the delicious food.

I ordered a meal and a blizzard and asked if the blizzard could be delivered to me (they walk your order to your table if you dine-in) about 10 minutes after my meal arrived so that it doesn't melt before I can enjoy it. Not only did they oblige but shawty still turned the blizzard upside down on me right over my head upon delivery. They got too much confidence in the thickness of them blizzards 😂😂

Clean, fast and the ice cream was made with plenty of toppings. Many places watching food cost too much and the product suffers. Not this place, they prepare it with a good amount of toppings.

Could be a little clean, but the service was good and so was the food. Recommend getting the reeses cake!

Talk about some service! Drive Thru that ends with I love you. Drive thru guy is real sweet, might lie to you on the first date, we didn't even swap first names but we shared I love you's.

Best fast food around with absolutely outstanding customer service. Every time we go the employees are so nice and helpful.

Fantastic place! Everyone is so friendly and works hard and fast. Need someone to wipe down tables though. The manager reprimanded an employee, across the restaurant, in front of us at cash register. Which I thought was unprofessional and rude to his employee. Because, she supposedly was taking too long in delivering a customer's food.

First time there, sat outside, which was nice. The people were nice. Brought our trays to us outside and even came back to ask how it was. Got the chicken and waffles basket, it was delicious and plentiful.

Dairy Queen is the perfect spot to try your first vanilla cone. I think it was a winner! The employees were so friendly and attentive.

AMAZING!! The staff was so wonderful. We stopped in at 9:59 PM and they close st 10:00 pm, they said sure come on in and served us with a smile! Loved it!

$5.00 meal deal is great. Cheese burger, fries, coke, and sunday exceptional. If you are hungry and want to eat cheep. Can't beat it.
