The young attendant was very helpful as I selected a beautiful Beta fish. The dog clothes were adorable. Halloween costumes were 1/2 off. Great selection of Zignature and quality pet food.

Love this Bethel location. they really treat you and your babies as they are at the spa. Chico and Nina relaxation spot!

I absolutely love this location. PetValu is always exceptionally clean, attractively organized and well-stocked with high-quality products. They generally have everything I seek and are happy to order items on the rare occasion they don't. I shop here regularly for my own household and find great gifts for friends and family. While all this sets them apart from other pet supply retailers, their knowledgeable, affable, and helpful staff is what brings me back again and again. They are always available and eager to answer my questions and provide me with great suggestions without hovering while I shop. I sense that their employees truly enjoy what they do. All this translates to a shopping experience that I look forward to. Outstanding.

Awesome sales staff! They are so helpful whether it be the tons of different brands of food I have tried for my dog, do it yourself baths and helping fit a harness. Overall they are awesome!! They also carry some hard to find foods, pricing is great too!

I was really impressed with this location. Came in for a dog wash and it was impeccably clean. Convenient and easy. Just had to call ahead for a time slot. Not to mention my dog stayed calm the whole time, which is saying a lot. He was at ease and never stressed.

Everybody who works here is absolutely delightful. They always look out for new vegan products for my shih tzu. I wish they carried Halo brand so I didn’t have to go to Petco anymore.

I live about 15 min away from this particular store. There is one literally right around the corner but I drive to pet valu in bethel because of the level of service and attention to detail the employees provide every single time. Great location, great employees, great store.

You can bathe your dog for $10. They provide you with an apron, shampoo, towels and dryer. They also clean up after you

Great girls working there, she saw I was having problems carrying the 25 pound box of cat litter so she took it out to my car for me.
