Starbucks

Located in the Big Y shopping plaza. This location has a drive through. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The baristas are much faster than other Starbucks locations. Drinks were made correctly and breakfast sandwich was tasty.

I walked in & Taylor said welcome to the best starbucks in the world & he made my entire day, every member had a smile and was in the best mood which in return gave me the best mood. I will travel out of my way to come back to this location because of my experience today… my drink was made perfectly too! Thanks guys

Every time I come to this location they are always so cheerful and happy. The service is excellent and the handcrafted beverages always taste great.

While on our college trip visits we stopped at this Starbucks. Even though they were close to closing time, the staff greeted us as if they just opened, they fixed our drinks and even warmed up some sandwiches for us. Thank you for your time!

Best Starbucks around! Been coming here for years. Please heed the Do Not Enter sign at the drive through instead of assuming someone is cutting you off, almost driving into them and leaning on your horn. I’m looking at you, blonde lady in the SUV with your daughter, who did this to me today WITH her phone in her hand.

Taylor was so personable and kind! Always smiling and was incredibly friendly from the moment he took our order to the minute his shift ended. When my shift ends I don’t look back, but Taylor made sure to say goodbye to the remaining customers with a smile and a wave. A+. Give him a raise.

The Starbucks by Big Y in bethel is always fast and consistent! There’s a guy who works there that has the best sense of humor.. he introduces himself as “captain cappuccino” and “earl grey, no relation”. IMO, next he should call himself “pretty chai for a white guy”. I would pick this location over the rest every day of the week & twice on Sunday 🤣

The food and drinks are great and they were really fast. The staff are really nice as well. Despite the fact that the guy answering has to say what would you like to order all day he still manages to keep a good attitude for the next person who orders. I respect that. Also even though we only had to wait a minute the lady at the window said sorry about the wait. I can tell they work very hard there. I can see why Starbucks does so well. The people working there deserve a raise.

Bethel and Southbury are the best Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to. Always consistent and quick. I really appreciate their efforts. Thanks guys!

I’ve never not received great service in a Starbucks before, and today was different and I need to share this experience.
It’s been that type of week where I’ve been just going and going and haven’t had the clearest head and very few things have gone right. I pull up to the Starbucks after work and order my favorite because it’s been THAT type of day. The girl who took my order was super cheery. I get to the window and all of a sudden I don’t have my wallet. I’m freaking out because I swore I had it and many personal items are in there, meanwhile my car is getting soaked from the rain with my window down. No wallet to be found, I start to scramble to find Apple Pay, which isn’t even registered with my new debit card ironically yet, and before I could even think to make the “drive of shame” (when you don’t have your wallet to pay for your drink and awkwardly apologize and drive away). The girl takes care of it, and says “if it means making a difference in your day then I am happy to do it. Don’t worry about it.” and that really stuck with me. She doesn’t know me, I didn’t know her, we both don’t know one another’s struggles and she paid for my drink. I don’t remember her name, I didn’t even look and was too embarrassed to even ask, but THAT is what I call kindness. Thank you for my coffee, girl. I seriously appreciate your generosity and I hope your manager sees this! ❤ And for Starbucks as a whole, you hire WONDERFUL employees! I’ve never not left without a great experience at the Stony Hill location!

My husband and I visited this Starbucks for the first time. What a warm and friendly place with excellent dining choices! Friendly staff that truly seem to enjoy working together! Very very nice experience!!

The people who work here are absolute gems! Consistently friendly and efficient service and my drinks always come out delicious. There’s usually plenty of seating and outlets (unless the rest of the town has lost electricity lol), they play nice music, the store is clean and organized. I love coming here to study, read, or just fiddle around on my laptop for a couple hours.

Super friendly employees. Super fast. And it's fall!! So it's Pumpkin Frappuccino time!!! I love fall. Apples, cider, pumpkins and more! Starbucks will give you that Fall feeling!! Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches but I usually prefer bigger breakfast sandwiches that's my only meal until dinner but still no complaints!!location, the drive thru was so quick especially super early. Overall very impressed!! Thanks Starbucks of Bethel in big y plaza!!

One of the nicer Starbucks around. Staff is always friendly, it's generally tidy and kept clean although I've only been using drive through. When the indoor seating was allowed I always found to comfortable and clean.
