Staff was Super friendly and helped out a lot.

Usually grab some pokemon cards here & they're always well-stocked and clean. The staff is very laid back, but they each have their unique qualities & are efficient. There are 2 gentlemen, that have been my cashiers, that have been incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. You can tell one of them is super passionate about collecting the cards, which makes for a pleasant visit & he makes it fun by letting you choose the exact boxes you want. Another gentleman had popcorn in the back one time & didn't hesitate to offer us some for no reason! There's a woman I've seen in there who is very sweet, but I recommend double checking your receipt because she's unintentionally given wrong price info to me a few times, but I bet the company probably had recent price changes or something.
Either way, it's one of the better GameStops I've been to because of the stick & a great staff

This is my favorite location in San Antonio. All of the sales associates are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are always well stocked in merchandise. They're never overly crowded, even on Black Friday. The actual store is larger so there is more space for lines during sales and they get more stock. I definitely recommend this location by far.

Just picked up a shining fates and my son pulled this guy

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first gamestop we went to didn't have the game my son wanted. They were able to print out a list of the nearest gamestops that did have the game in stock. Excellent customer service

Have bought from this location multiple times. They are great about answering the phones. Also have shared a list of pre-order games. I have not has a rude experience .

I am a regular at this store, and absolutely love it. The manager and employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've attended several midnight releases, and this store handles them very well. Each time, I've gotten my game, and been on my way home by no later than 12:05 am.

They say hello every time I come in, and remember what sort of games I like, and ask me if I've tried out various games that are similar.

I definitely recommend this store to anyone living in the area

Super friendly workers! The person who helped us, Prestige was her name I think? Thats what i saw on the name tag i believe. Anyways, she was super friendly, told us about a really cool gamestop exclusive sesshomaru pop which was neat. She also gave me some advice on the new animal crossing. Its nice to see a worker who knows about a lot of diffierent games first hand! Cant wait to return

Was there on Monday November 12th to sell some PS4 material. The store looked immaculate inside and Foster ( the associate who helped me) was friendly and easy to talk to. A pleasant experience.

Employee was friendly and knowledgeable about the products available. Very nice experience in-store and my son was able to find the things he wanted.

Gamestop was an awesome experience at Walzem! Foster was really knowledgable on games, upcoming titles and even helped correct a controller issue another gamestop messed up on. She knows her stuff!

Friendly and clean. I shop alot of GameStops and this is my favorite one by alot. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. At many stores the employees try to pretend like they have played a game you mention but I have never felt like that here. Staff actually says if they haven't played a game you ask about. Overall my favorite place to buy pre-owned and new games.

Always love coming here. They have great prices on used games, and have the best selection for under $10 video games ive ever seen. Lady with the glasses always helps me and i never leave unhappy

Every time I go here that staff is always so nice I always see Kat their and she always helps me she is so awesome when ever I have a question about a game she always has an answer for me this is the only one i go to just because of her

When I walked in to pre-order star wars battlefront, they were always smiling and were very nice. I think the people that work there, should get a raise because they are so nice.

This locations employees are amazing, girl even knew my voice when I called and I don’t go very often....good job girls
