I have never experienced such honest & genuine customer service; that was refreshingly real and friendly. Had so much fun even in the brief conversations I had with Holly & Naudia. I was mislead about some information regarding shipping and Holly was so kind rather than getting annoyed with me. Which lead me to thank her because poor customer service is on the rise; which in return she thanked me for being such a kind customer; as they get disrespected on a regular basis. Made me feel so comfortable and I will be exclusively going to them.

Wow! I've had the pleasure of receiving professional and courteous service from one of your 5 star employees, on more than one occasion. I believe her name is Crissy. She is a natural communicator and surely upper management material. Grateful for the Amazon return assistance at your E. Delray location. UPS rocks!

The customer service was exceptional at this location! There were two women who assisted at first but then Alex took on assisting me with my large project. I collected donations for Hurricane Ida relief in Louisiana. Some items were packed when I arrived but others I had only thrown in bags and boxes until I got there. I assumed I would be packing things in the lobby or parking lot but Alex assisted with packing and organizing the whole lot.
We discussed the most time and cost efficient way to send, since there are delays and obviously the packages are very heavy. He was transparent about what price to expect and knowledgeable about every question I asked.
Alex made this so simple for me and I’m grateful! I hope he knows he played a part in changing someone’s life who may have lost their home or belongings in this recent storm! Every bit of help counts!
If you are like me and you dread errands, and having to battles crowds and lines and crazy parking lots - then you know a trip to the post office or UPS store lands on the list of things I would rather not do on a Friday. Normally, I would avoid any business in Delray Beach on a Friday afternoon….. But this UPS store team was smooth, quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Totally seamless. Highly recommend this location!

Wonderful service today! I had a complicated Amazon return and two wonderful female employees helped me pack up 2 memory foam mattresses into the box they came in. They had a great attitude & did not question packaging the very large box with some pushing and taping to make them fit. A+ service!

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. I came here about twice a week for 2 years to ship packages and the staff was always super nice & helpful. The bad experience is the parking lot because of the deli next store that is always packed. I find that going after 4pm is the best time.

Recently I had the need to overnight some important documents. Chrissy at this location went above and beyond to help me prepare my package. As a business owner myself i so appreciated her attitude. She had an owners mentality which is very rare these days.
This UPS location is great place to handle your important needs.

Outstanding customer service, Alex was extremely helpful, friendly, MULTITASKER and knowledgeable. I accidentally made him do the same thing twice, he never complained nor showed any kind of frustration. I observed him help multiple customers and his demeanor was the same with everyone. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. UPS you should consider a pay raise for this gentleman.. !!!

Nice clean store with helpful staff. I had to ship something here and was having a stressful day, but the UPS staff member Christine was so nice and helpful, she made my day better!

I need quite a few envelopes printed for a weekly mailing and Alex so graciously accepted the work. So grateful as no one likes to print letter envelopes. He saved me. Thank you!

Wonderful Customer Service I have gone to this location for shipping and also for notary services and of all the times that I have gone here it has been a pleasure going. I am in shock of all the reviews that I have read for this location the staff here are very professional.
