New Hope Clinic

I have been going to new hope for many years now and I have always got the best care there. It wasn’t until I started going there that I started getting the help I needed. As far as some of these negative comments, I just can’t imagine it because I have never gotten anything but great care and respect from everyone. My opinion I think they should have shiela the director teach many other doctor offices on how to run a doctors office. I have and always Will highly recommend new hope to everyone.

The staff is awesome. They are there to help you not just to get a pay check because they volunteer their time. They are awesome

I'm new to the area, and New Hope Clinic open there arm's to me. They are all so nice and helpful with all my needs.

Amazing doctors and volunteers! I can't imagine anyone saying a bad word about this place. Its wonderful.

You do have to put in the paperwork for help. If you're approved you can get any and all your medical needs taken care of. As it is with other places paperwork, approval,and help. I have been going there for close to 2 years and never had a problem.

My boyfriend is a type 1 diabetic, and needed to know if he could pick up his insulin tomorrow, but he is at work and won't be off until after they close. Well I have gone with him EVERY time to this place and they have never been super nice people, but I called to see if he could pick up his insulin tomorrow and the lady got a really nasty attitude with me. She not only won't tell me if his insulin is there, but she was so rude. The only reason this place gets more than one star is because they have helped my boyfriend out a lot as far as providing insulin. But now he is low on it and isn't even sure if he can go get some. This is wrong on so many levels. I wasn't asking for a phone number or address. Hell, I live with him. All I needed to know was if my boyfriend can pick up his much needed insulin.

These people are slow a heck in this office.

Got told by a doctor there that they don't like fat people and will not treat them.
I went in for knee pain and a doctor told i would be pretty and healthy if I was 99pounds.

Be aware of using this place

Tried to get dental appt. for my grandson who has a tooth really hurting him as this place suppose to have free dental care for people in the county without insurance well no walk ins allowed you have to go fill out lots of paperwork she said and then get approved for care.he needs care now... Called Myrtle Beach taking him in today

I called for an appt. And the first thing she said that they were not a free clinic and you have to fill out a application to be a patient.
They need to change their web site.
