Came to my work and replaced my windshield in one hour! Tyler was super responsive via text and Kevin was professional and got the job done quickly. Super pleased with how it turned out and the price was one of the best I found in town! Definitely recommend.

The team at Glass Doctor did an incredible job. From the first initial phone call, to a follow up concern following our windshield replacement, we felt valued and appreciated. The customer service and craftsmanship are excellent. They gave us the best price, but had they not, I would have still given them my service due to the experience I had with Tracy when I called initially. They were then able to get us in quick, and were able to diagnose and quickly correct a very minor issue following replacement. I would highly recommend.

I discovered a small chip in the middle of my windshield with a very tiny crack. I called several different glass shops, and the glass doctor was the most reasonable plus they had the best online rating. I called, and Tyler scheduled me for an appointment the very next day at my convenience. I brought it in and did not have to wait at all. Kevin took my car back to fix the chip. They were not able to eliminate it because it was so tiny, but Kevin came and explained to me what they did do by sealing it, and how it worked so it wouldn’t cause me any problems in the future. I think I was done in under 20 minutes from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any glass needs.

Efficient, friendly. They got me in on the day I called for the broken windshield. They did a great job and they warranty their work and the product. The price was excellent. They also were able to fix the cloudy headlights to look like new.

Professional quality service and customer support! Theres no doubt why these guys have nearly two hundred 5-star ratings on Google. A week after having Glass Doctor install a new windshield, I noticed a leak after a heavy rain and naturally assumed it was the seal. Coincidentally, it had nothing to do with the windshield or the rain, but they still took initiative, working through their lunch break to troubleshoot the real issue and then fixed it at no cost...a plugged A/C condensation drain line. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Wichita.

I took my truck in yesterday to get a windshield put in to the glass doctor. They did a great job very professional, quick and helpful. I chose them because I had a great warranty plan for the windshield. Most places did not most places wanted me to get a windshield put in by them and then take it to the dealership to get the lanes calibrated glass doctor was able to do all of it Quickly and reasonably Priced

Tyler was very professional and prompt on his service . Kevin the technician did a great job at communicating repairs and they were able to get me back up and going the same day and worked around my times for availability. i was in town for work and someone had broke into my personal vehicle as i was supposed to travel back home that evening so i was very thankful they got me up and going. great work all.

Went in for a windshield chip repair. Tracy in the front office was very helpful and kind. Tyler in the shop and his worker’s explain the process and took great care of my vehicle. Tyler and his crew at Glass Doctor did a great job of replacing my windshield! They were professional and got the job done within 90 minutes of when I got there. Their prices are reasonable and their warranty sets them apart from other competition in my opinion. I also appreciated the fact that he got all the stickers and my KTAG from my old windshield put on the new one so I don't have to replace everything!

Called to get my back windshield replaced after it was broken out, the staff was very helpful and understanding of my situation and even offered to do a mobile service for me if I needed them too. Story time:

When I purchased this vehicle the dealership was in the process of replacing the windshield.
What they didn’t do is install the correct windshield, and this {unknown to me} caused my safety sensors to not work properly all these years.

Tracy and Tyler brought this to our attention and ensured we had the correct windshield installed and cameras calibrated properly. Their priority for the safety of our family was truly a stand out.

We were in a jam. Getting ready to leaving for vacation and the car's driver's side window wouldn't roll up. None of the dealerships could get us in for a week. We happened on Glass Doctor and thank goodness! They got us in right away. They knew what was wrong by the simple description I provided. They had the car for about an hour and a half and we were back on schedule for our trip. They explained everything that was wrong, showed me the parts and how they broke, they even tried to reuse my old window to save on the cost. They were significantly cheaper than safelite. Really nice people. Excellent service. I'll be using them in the future for all my auto glass needs.

Definitely recommend Glass Doctor. Fast and friendly! I specifically recommend cuz I had made a mistake about the info in regards to the back windshield they were ordering and replacing for me and even with an appointment late in the day they still were able to track down the correct windshield and get the job done! They're good people.

I have a fleet of trucks and recently had Glass Doctor replace 4 windshields. They made the process easy. Very quick response and great communication will definitely be using them again.

The Glass Doctor was amazing today. I had a small chip in my windshield, a spider about the diameter of a dime. I requested an appointment first thing in the morning at 8:00, and they got me right in. I called several other windshield service companies, hardly any of them would answer their phones or just kept me on hold for an extended length of time. Once I called Tracy at the Glass Doctor, she picked up and was super friendly and helpful. They had 2 options for repairing my windshield. The first plan was for a single repair, the other was the lifetime Windshield Protection Plan which covers that windshield during its lifetime. So, if I ever get a chip or small spider, they will fix it a no charge. The Windshield Protection Plan wasn't much more than the one time fix cost. I will be using the Glass Doctor for any of my future windshield needs.
