The only Post Office left in Wichita that has self-service offerings 24-7. Nice Post Office though it is a ways out west. Access is reasonable enough, spacious parking lot and driveway too. The ramp up to the building is a bit long though.

Fast easy and with a smile. JENNIFER is my favorite to go to. She makes me feel valued.

Lived here all my life, the locations I typically use are this location, the downtown branch, the one at Corporate Woods and the one on North Arkansas. Never had an issue. Maybe one time I had a delivery notice when I was there the whole day but overall that's it so I'm very satisfied. They do need to make sure that when fees are paid that the mail is immediately released.

I use them quite often and have NEVER had one problem. I have watched the people at the window get yelled at and stayed professional. Excellent customer service in a thankless job. Never lost my package, but I'm also smart enough to insure it just in case.

I'll take the Postal Service any day. The employees are friendly and helpful, the carriers are courteous and on time, and unlike UPS they don't decide on a whim to not deliver your package "at the driver's discretion." Sure you may run into a cranky employee but you often get the attitude that you yourself are displaying. True UPS has a different tracking system, but they invariably change the delivery date once or twice before you get you package.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday (according to tracking) and made it here 2 days later. I called and spoke with a woman named Dawn, who tracked my package and allowed me to come pick it up directly from the facility. I really appreciate her taking the time to find it and call me back. Thank you, Dawn!

I'm not sure what the others are complaining about. My experience was nothing but friendly, kind, and helpful. I only have good things to say about those people who work for the US Post Office.

I appreciate this post office because even though there is frequently a long line, the staff are always friendly and courteous and do a great job of getting everyone helped out as quickly as they can.

I've come to this location for many, many of years. They're helpful, friendly, and fairly quick! Definitely the best usps location in wichita!
