Interesting to find a small bar and restaurant in a mall now a days. They have a nice selection of North Eastern Americana styled foods, with a nice selection of burgers, entrées, and seafood. Price was mildly higher then expected but worth it. Only minor complaint was my burger was mildly overcooked and the food came out a bit slower than expected for a couple pretty easy items. The service was incredibly nice and attentive. Will be back to try more.

Stopped in for lunch. Christmas shopping. The team who were working. Including the owner Bert. Very busy. But they were outstanding. Never skipped a beat.. great people, great place. Merry Christmas all..

This is the very best I have had in over 20 yrs. Service above par. Clean and social distance observed. Well worth the hour drive. Will return happily.

Staff was friendly, and helpful. Food was beautiful, and fresh, and with 16 beers on tap, you can't go wrong!

we came in for a quick lunch on 6/22. the waitress was fast & friendly. the haddock sandwich was a good portion, the handcut fries were delicious, and the coleslaw was fresh (not soggy). the atmosphere was cozy & welcoming with a hometown vibe. so glad that we found this spot instead of going to corporate, overpriced panera. we’ll definitely be back!

We stopped by for a drink and something to eat.
Reagan was the bartender. She was very friendly. She made the special of the day drink, a Peacharita. Yummy.
The sweet potato fries are good too.

Very impressed.. fast friendly service, chili was great! Hand cut fries are delicious, the price was very reasonable. Great stop if your shopping, or want a great lunch.

This was a great unexpected oasis in the Auburn Mall. Food great, service exceptional, quick and appropriate. Oh, the mixed drinks had great value.

My meal was delicious. Service was also wonderful. Not sure I liked all the talk and language coming from the bar.

I go here every now and then and LOVE IT. It's cozy and the perfect place if you're an introvert like me and hate large crowded restaurants. The people who work here are nice and I always make sure to give them a good tip. I usually order their haddock fromage, cup of chili and rum and coke :)

Fast service Good drinks and good food

Wow. This place is surprisingly gourmet for the location. Service is friendly (but like a real person not a robot) and the food is properly prepared. The first time I came here I had a special burger off the specials board and it was HANDMADE, perfectly cooked and the side options were legit. Today I had the French onion soup and broccoli chicken Alfredo. The soup tasted like a mushroom broth with rye bread, unique and delicious. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and peppered while the pasta was cooked to perfection. Don’t sleep on this Mom & Pop restaurant.

This is my wife's favorite place to eat! She is in love with the buffalo tenders. I've had several different specials as well as the tenders and burgers. Good food, good price, enjoyable atmosphere for lunch during the week.

I adore going to eat here! The staff is friendly, everything is cozy and clean, and the prices are reasonable for good quality food. If you are looking for a bite to eat while visiting the Auburn Mall, Thatcher's is totally worth it!

Nachos were fantastic. Everything on the menu was perfect bar/pub fare and all really great prices. Drinks were awesome. Service was very quick for how busy they were! Can't wait to go back.
