Phillips has serviced my parent’s propane wall furnace a couple of times. The unit was not purchased from Phillips, but Phillips has been willing to work on and repair the unit anyway. The most recent repair required hours of troubleshooting. We were impressed by the technician’s dedication to getting things to work. They’re great folks to deal with.

We were fortunate to benefit from the expertise of sales associate Tony Fifarek who sculpted a piece of metal for our fireplace. He was knowledgable and helpful, and we can't thank him enough. We are planning to get a hot tub and will definitely go back to Phillips having experienced their great customer service first hand.

Bought a gas fireplace, complete with tearing out my old brickwork and adding a whole new facade.
The job was done at the price quoted, to the exact schedule that was given to me and the final project was spectacular!
The attention to detail that Neil, the mason, gave was incredible.

I spoke to Ian Tuesday. Our hot tub was not working after a water change. He was able to help troubleshoot and we got it running. He saved us being without our tub until their next open service appointment. And he saved his service techs a wasted trip for a tub that did not need any repair! Thanks Ian - We really appreciate you!

Jason North did such a great job for us. He was able to fix the problem easily, and showed me how I can fix it myself in the future. He did not charge for anything but the call. And then he emailed me more information for taking care of the hot tub. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and Phillips for really good, professional service.

Outstanding service!! Shelly sent a tech out after five o'clock on a Friday just so we could enjoy our fireplace over the weekend. The tech, whose name is Jason was courteous and helpful. He never appeared to be in a hurry. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and everything about our model.

Jason had to return a couple of days later with a new part. He saw that I had left streaks on the glass and he recommended a glass cleaner and then he cleaned the glass! Again he was careful in our home, polite and helpful. The service from Phillips was old school. I can't imagine it could be any better.

I am so happy we bought our fireplace from Phillips. Thanks Shelly and Jason.

Jason from Phillips Lifestyles did a great job on my hot tub. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was friendly to my dog 😃 He was efficient with his work and surprised me with assuring me the job was covered under warranty. I’ll request him next time. Thanks Jason!

Chris in service is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to address my many questions and assisted me with troubleshooting our pellet stove.

Chris within the service department was awesome to work with and helped me find parts for an older tub where no one else would touch. Highly recommend this business and people who work there!

We bought a refurbished hot tub from them and have had the best experience. We had one small issue a year later and they were incredibly helpful and the warranty covered everything!

Hot Springs spa was leaking, Alex arrived on time, quick diagnosis of a failed heater, warranty from a down state dealer was honored, new heater installed, no out of pocket expense, work completed in under 2 hours. GREAT service.

I looked for a pilot assembly there and they were the only place I could find one. Gave a lot of help and time finding it and have a pretty good sized inventory. They are a little pricier than a normal hardware store but who knows how long some of that odd stuff is on a shelf. Inventory costs money.

Would like to share two experiences w Phillips Lifestyles. 1. They were kind enough to come out to my new home this past summer despite living 1+ hours away and test our gently used spa and teach me and my family basic spa care! 2. Purchased additional chemicals in their store today and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Great group of people!

Great place to purchase a fireplace. Friendly and professional staff with great service as well. Ken, salesperson was very helpful, vast knowledge of product and a pleasure to deal with. They have a large selection of gas fireplaces and many different designs to choose from. Prices are reasonable for top brand fireplaces.

Service tech was outstanding,
1. Called and updated his arrival time.
2.Very observant,listened to my observations of what may be the source of the problem.
3.Very diligent in assessing the stoves operation during start up, and determining what needed to be addressed.
4.Removed the combustion fan motor assembly, replaced with a new replacement. Restated the stove and checked operating status.
5. Courteous..professional.. competent service technician, not an parts change but a actual technician.

Absolutely the best service! So excited that Chris went above and beyond to get what we needed and to give us the advice we needed. We will definitely be back again, and will be recommending their services to friends!!
