Let me tell you with my last 14 years in the trucking business this is the guy you should definitely call for help , I witnessed with the other 200 + people here that this guy well deserved his 5 star, he towed me from Walmart to Floyd , I had an experience like that before and I was charged triple the amount Troy gave me, lets support Troy and his business to keep him going we gotta give him the job , same if your in Colorado his business is there too

Julia was fast, communicative, and super helpful. We were stranded on the side of the road 40 miles from town and had problems communicating with AAA. Julia told us what we needed to know, got us picked up in a timely fashion, and got us to a mechanic who could help us. I felt super confident and she took good care of us. She even helped fend off some possible conflicts with other drivers after AAA dispatched multiple drivers to our call.

Have used little tornado several times from pickups to a 100,000 lb rig. Troy has responded quickly every time and got me out of several jams. With friendly and honest service. Troy and Julia helped me get a tow today with excellent communication along the way and working with me to arrange the job. A plus company with great equipment and people.

Truly excellent service! I had to get my truck and trailer towed to a dealership for DEF issues and was really trying to make it before they closed on a Friday night, so Troy hustled to get to me, hooked up safely and quickly, and got me to the dealership just in time before they closed. He even went the extra mile and dropped me at my hotel a couple of miles away, rather than making me wait in the cold for an Uber. Can’t thank him enough, he runs a great company, give them your business!!

Had a steer tire blowout. After putting my innards back in my rectum, I Called Little Tornado and they got my on my way. Very professional and super knowledgeable about everything diesel mechanical. Had me from on the side of the road and out of his shop in 2 1/2 hrs. This shop is legit.

Honestly not surprised to see an overall 5 star rating for this company. Wife and I run team OTR and had a breakdown just west of Sydney. Troy was very professional, got to us quick and got us to the shop before they closed so we could at least get our truck diagnosed. Troy worked very hard, was efficient and respectful. Also, the charge for the tow was extremely reasonable, i was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! A few months ago I pulled up on a rollover accident in inclement weather when no other tow company would answer julia and her dad were out helping motorists despite the dangerous conditions. Julia arrived on scene and was very professional with the party involved and insured them their vehicle would be well taken care of. Julia made quick work of getting the vehicle loaded and secure putting and end to the experience for the party involved! Little tornado will be my first call every time!

This beautiful young lady was a life saver. I got off the highway and realized my engine splash guard was hanging off. I saw the tow truck and asked her if she could lift me up so I could see what was going on under there. She took a look and said I shouldn’t take it off. She went in the shop, grabbed some zip ties and tied it back up for me.. My lucky day. Thank you for your help!
