Cabela's

The OG Cabela's. The only Cabela's that has a campground which was kind of cool. Very nice inside agents were very helpful. Plenty of staff.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the associate kindly let us know about the clearance section upstairs that we probably would have never noticed if he hadn’t directed us. We had a quick shop but was able to find a few gifts and souvenirs at great prices! $6.99 for a Cabela’s t-shirt - heck yaaa!

Passing through Sydney, Nebraska, we decided to visit the Cabelas flagship store. We loved it! Made our local store in Idaho look so minor by comparison. So much more to shop for. We will most likely stop again if we pass through in the future.

Spent more time admiring wildlife mounts than shopping. Clerks were courteous and knowledgeable.

Really fun store to visit! Neat animal displays. Good quality products. I really love the Natural Reflection ladies jeans!

Always fun to stop at Cabela's, dating back to childhood days. Today's stop had an extra surprise with reserved parking spots for military members. Very touching gesture!

It's always a great place to visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I purchased a paddle boat in the snowstorm on Friday. They loaded it on my trailer with pride and thanked me for coming in. Awesome staff.

Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Same company as Bass Pro shops. Big selection of outdoor recreation gear.

We have not been into this Cabela’s for 30 years.
It’s very nice in this store I think it was their original store.
The staff was friendly and helpful I was able to find the coat I was looking for everything worked out great and they had a good price on the item I needed

Store have everything you need for fishing, hunting and all outdoor gear. Interior design is awesome. I was amazed by the design. I stopped by just to check it out and I liked it.

Nicely stocked ammo, snacks and clean bathrooms. Friendly helpful service. I stop here whenever I'm on the road driving through Sidney Nebraska.

Great store, well stocked, and amazing staff. So much stuff had a hard time finding what I needed. Someone in fishing took me to hunting to get some dog supplies (not sure why they are there). He was very helpful and had the best cowboy boots 👢. Cashier was also super helpful.
The parking is spacious and makes it an easy stop and also entertaining and educational with the pony express monument.

It's been a good few years since I've been in a Cabela's. My husband has never been in one. So what's better than the first time at the very first store

This place is every outdoors person's dream. They have everything you can think of. Even saw an outdoor deep fryer for propane for 50 bucks. Workers were all polite. Everyone of them that spoke to me. Had a great visit and would strongly recommend you stop in. You won't be disappointed. Btw no I don't work there.

Nice Cabelas off the road. Great place to stop and stretch your legs. Staff were helpful and bathrooms were clean. They have a massive clearance section upstairs too.

The Mother Ship, where it all started. It's a must stop every time I visit Nebraska. Such a shame, it's only a shell of it's former self. (the 'old' Cabela's)

This visit there were lots of sales and 'can't live without' items.

Cabelas had my new music playin' chair on sale - I really needed one. I don't hunt anymore, but I still love Cabelas for outdoor gear. There's a little bit of Nebraska everywhere I go.

Love their free overnight RV parking. Includes a dump station and fresh water station at the north end of the truck/RV parking area. Also a pay FHU campground here too.

Love this original store! Staff is super helpful and very nice, friendly. Plenty of room to park the big rig, walk your dog, stretch your legs. They have plenty of history around to explore also. Thanks Cabela's Family.
