McDonald's

I am relocating West, and I stopped here at about 11 pm on 9/5/23. There was one female employee running the ship alone. I was not fortunate enough to get her name. But to whomever this may concern. This woman deserves a serious raise. She ran the whole restaurant flawlessly while having few customers in the restaurant and myself in the drive-through. On top of running everything alone smoothly, the food was well made and packed perfectly. I feel this person deserves praise for having a strong work ethic and dedication to her job. I really hope upper management see this and rewards her accordingly because this isn't a common occurrence. I have traveled all over this country and It is refreshing to experience. My thanks to you, anonymous employee. You are a credit to the McDonald's brand.l and the service industry. I wish you nothing but success!

Iv been here on and off over the years. OTR trucker. I place my order on the app and pick it up minutes later. Have never had an issue with anything or anyone. I went in on a Sunday once and had never seen so many people at McDonald's at once. I even think the owner or upper management was there, and the food and service were still spot on even with what seemed to be the whole town there. To the comments complaining you forget it's McDonald's, so I'm sure you're the problem and more than likely cant be pleased 🙃.

I made a mobile order and had no issues and the food was delicious. The joint was clean. The staff was nice.

Clean and nice staff. Food was fresh! Staff was cleaning everything in the waiting area.

The food is good the service is good. The only reason why I'm giving it five stars is because I lost my debit card in my car and the manager at the time was kind enough to pay for it and I think the rest of the staff there could learn something from her. I'll be paying that forward.

I thought this was a good place to stop. Compared to my hometown McDonalds, who throws the meat cheese and egg in the general direction of the wrapping, this place was really good.

Tried to get dinner from two restaurants in the area and they were both so slammed with customers that no one greeted us while we waited for more than 5 minutes and decided to leave. We decided to go to McDonald’s and they took our order online via the app in a jiffy and we were able to get our order items in less than 10 minutes and the family was able to eat right away without any further drama. Thanking whoever it is that invented McD and fast food.

Came in, ordered and everything was perfect. Everyone was very pleasant, another guy came in behind us and had a very complicated order, basically changing everything he could, also requested a manager while ordering, they handled the situation with proper manners and very promptly, the guy sits down, ate half his burger, then got up and complained about it and kept repeating himself talking to staff as if they were children. The staff was wonderful and I feel awful they had this situation but handled it perfectly.

It's McDonald's! Same as every other one. The drive thru was fast.

Currently the card reader at the store has something in it. (A coin). Therefore we couldn't insert our card to pay for our order. The manager, Ms. Michelle, payed for our order. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST.

I was there on Saturday 10/1/2022 and I noticed that the place was getting busy and they were short staffed. I’ve heard a number of complaints from the customers, and a lot of them turn around and walking out. Lona the lead cashier in the front I was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to take care of everybody’s work kudos to her and the staff. We all need patience because this was not created by the companies of being shortstaffed but the governments letting people be dependent on them and that’s why people don’t want to work so I have patience and let the crew do their job kudos to Lona for keeping a cool head. We had breakfast here. Very polite people and all is served on the highest level. Food was great too.

I stopped here during my road trip from North Platte to Cody, WY. They were very busy at 10 am today (a Saturday morning), so I went inside instead of waiting on the drive thru.

The cashier was friendly & polite. I could tell that the crew in the kitchen were really hustling & seemed very organized, with the head lady calling out items she needed to fill waiting order bags.

The egg McMuffin was perfect, fresh and warm! Thanks for good experience this morning.

She made my morning!!!!! Basically she is a sweetheart. And the rest they were all very nice and happy workers. Now that’s what I call awesome friendly workers. We need more like this. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Great job!!!!! I felt love.

What one would expect from a McDonald's. We had breakfast there and I'm a fan of their oatmeal. Bonus - staff is very friendly and they move fast. If for any reason you have to wait on something, they quickly move you to a parking slot and food comes fast.

Friendly staff, great chicken Sammie. Food arrived steaming, coke was icy. Perfect salt on the fries.

Really polite employees. They got my order a little wrong (ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, but got the regular) but I'm still giving 5 stars for the polite employees. Really look like they are going beyond what you would expect from a McDonald's

The food was so fresh and the fries were hot and tasty. Great place.
