Best Western Plus Sidney Lodge

Loved this place. Nice clean room. Great breakfast. Bacon, biscuits & gravy. Tater tots too Had light yogurt and protein drink available.Cookies at night. Super fantastic front desk person at check in. Nice pool

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in September of 2023 and I just wanted to say the night clerk Mercedes was AMAZING. I had a situation regarding laundry and Mercedes jumped through hoops to fix my problem. As I was waiting in the lobby I could hear her talking to everyone checking in and she was the most friendly, upbeat person I have heard in a very long time in a customer service job. She engaged people in conversations completely unrelated to checking in, which in my opinion perked up the tired people checking in for the night. Thanks Mercedes for everything regarding my Laundry. I had no idea what I was going to do with wet jeans! Don't ever change, you will go far in life with the wonderful attitude you have. I'm giving 5 stars, mainly because of Mercedes. I told the Owner to make sure he keeps her and takes care of her financially. LOL

This place was great with all the amenities including pool, hot tub, hot breakfast, hot tub in rooms and in pool area. Most of all Joseph was amazing at the front desk! He is friendly goes above and beyond to really make you feel valued and just overall friendly guy you can tell it's part of his character not just something he does for his job!!!!

Great hotel right off I-80. Prices were very reasonable as well and very clean room

I work as a company driver and come to Sidney every other week for work. I've stayed here bi-weekly for the past 4 years and some change and have always had nothing but good to say about the amazing staff, the clean and well maintained accommodations, and the overall experience of every stay. Plenty of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance which is also very nice! Shout out to Sherri as well for always being so genuinely friendly and being so great to check in with after a long day's work. The breakfast is wonderful as well!

Had a great stay here! We needed a last minute stay due to some icy roads. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was cozy and inviting. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sheri was our excellent receptionist and we appreciated how friendly she was! The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. Thanks, Best Western and Sheri!

Waffles they have waffles for breakfast. Room clean, Channelle was excellent hostess makes great cookies.

Have stayed for several months and never had a single issue. The rooms have always been very clean. Any small issues such as toilets that kept running or remotes not paired to televisions were addressed immediately. The staff are always very gracious and polite.

Traveling with two kids. Clean friendly and with a working indoor pool/hottub. Reasonable PRICED $130 (worth it) and plenty of restaurants nearby. I recommend the steak burrito from Three Margarita's restaurant a across the street.

This was an absolutely beautiful, very clean, Best Western Plus Hotel. This was in the top 4 hotels that we stayed at during an almost three week vacation. Loved the room with fireplace, extra space and nice long comfortable couch bed for tall people! Most hotels have very small pull out couches that are extremely uncomfortable for the person sleeping there. We were above the entry lobby, but never heard any noise at all. Would definitely stay there again!

We got in late after a long drive from Wyoming and were totally exhausted. We were greeted by Sherri who was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us with every single question we had. She went above and beyond! We are so thankful! And definitely will be stopping back through on our way home! Thank you so much Sherri!!!

Recently stayed here with family and friends for a wedding. Jody, Katie and Mason were outstanding hosts. Every detail was attended to and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! I’d give them more stars but I can’t find that button for “above and beyond”. This staff does Best Western proud. The rooms were clean, the pool area clean and fun and the breakfasts were better than most you’ll find. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for the great service, clean and accommodating rooms and the wonderful attention you afforded me and my family. I won’t forget what an important part you you played in this event.

Great location and lots of parking for commercial vehicles. Decent size rooms and comfortable beds.

Best Western, Good: Bed, Room, Staff.

Of special note, Sherri made the end of the day easier than usual.

Breakfast, you expect good, you don't expect Country Bacon and Pork Green Chili on Cheese Omelets.
