This place has undergone a complete changeover in the presentation of their products, the cleanliness of the store and the efficiency of the staff! It used to be a great place to shop at the old location and for a while here, but about 8 years ago it really slipped downhill. It turned into a madhouse with half empty shelves, items strewn across the aisles, nothing organized and slow service. I really needed a coat and have trouble finding my size, so when Burlington was recommended I bit the bullet and came out here this morning. What a surprise! The store was clean and the shelves and racks were neatly stocked and organized. The L coats were next to the L sign, the 4XL coats were next to the 4XL sign. The home decorations were neatly displayed on the tables, the toy department was as well organized as could be hoped for with all the kids that were playing there, and the shirts and jeans were all well stocked and neatly organized by size. Everything was easy to find because there was plenty of clear signage that could be seen from anywhere in the store. There was a huge long line to check out but every register was open and the wait was minimal. Those checkers were flying through each order at top speed but they were also courteous and friendly to every customer, and they were neatly folding each item purchased and carefully bagging everything. And one final compliment, the prices were excellent and the merchandise was good quality. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had to make a return yesterday. I was expecting the hassle that every store gives you when you need to return. It was the quickest and easiest return I have ever experienced in my life. It might have been quicker and simpler than the original purchase itself. I am very pleased with this experience. I will continue to shop here with ease.

If your on a budget and looking for lots of discounts on household items that include clothes, hygiene products, decor, make up, shoes, toys, baby stuff, this is the place to go! It's especially helpful come Christmas time cause I put some things on layaway. I think now they only do layaways near October and November. But I remember back in 2013 I put all kinds of baby stuff on layaway.

I found lots of jerseys that are official.

I just went there for the 1st time not long ago and I was rather impressed. They not only had the jackets I was looking for, but they have tons more stuff that I never knew they had. They had other clothes, shoes, drones, shirts, all kinds of stuff I wasn't expecting. The line flowed because of their efficient computer line system. I found a Calvin Klein winter jacket for $60 and I love it, had a great experience overall!

This is my favorite store! The staff are nice and friendly. I had an experience where I bought a glass vase and when I had gotten home it was broken. I called the store and spoke to a manager who took very good care of the situation and said i could get a refund. I probably shop at least a few times a month at Burlington.

This is a place we try to get to every chance we can. If you look, you can find some of the deepest price-cuts any where around. They normally have pretty good prices, but some times you get really lucky and find some time for next to nothing! It really is one of the best places to shop for clothes!
