Friendly staff, great phone service

Teresa was absolutely amazing. First time dealing with getting on a new line/service plan and she was amazing. Easily and quickly walked me through everything.

think I may have her name wrong in my memory but I believe it was Alecia? Either way her name definitely stats with an A. And anyway she took the time to help me with and unlocked phone I purchased that wasn't connecting to my cricket service for some reason and she took the time to patiently research and try things that did actually end up working and i was so thankful! She spent probably an hour helping me and she had great customer service kindly chatting with me and welcoming other customers in while waiting on my phone to also update. The atmosphere was very pleasant and ​again I'm very thankful she got my phone working!

I was there for a little while getting my phone and new service but you cannot be the service the plan and the all together customer service I would recommend it to anybody I think it's great

Went into cricket today and spoke with the DD Duo today (desirea and Denise) service was amazing and they were super sweet and helpful

We LOVE Allison and her staff at Cricket Wireless. They're so fun and professional. I switched to Cricket over a year ago and it was the best decision ever!!! I actually look forward to going in and paying our bill. Allison sat with me yesterday and explained all the phone options that i liked. She even switched everything from my old phone over to my new one!!! She and her crew are such a blessing!!!

This place is awesome! The staff here is nice and helpful! They set up my phone and made sure it worked before I left the store and when I have any questions I just go in the store or call them on the phone and they help me out! The service is great too I don’t have no problems at all with my service!

So far so good, no problem getting or receiving calls. Most of the employees are very helpful i did have one young lady that didnt want to listen to my questions and was bossy. Kept telling me i have to put a glass protector on my phone. Kept pushing for me to buy it there.

Awesome staff! Allison and Tanya was very helpful and friendly. They helped me get all my contacts, photos, and apps put on my phone. High;y recommend, very affordable.

Angela is always so friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Just dont see that in retail workers much anymore. I would and have recommended her to many people.

For great customer service stop by Cricket here in Enid! Great team working there they are all very helpful! Zaida took care of all my cell phone and accessory needs. She is Bilingual and will work with you all she can.

Had to wait a bit but when helped it didn't take too long after that.
