If I could rate this place higher, I would! 10/5. To start, it’s absolutely beautiful. Open space, has an elevator and stairs, hard wood floors, a bunch of windows. Recently had my sisters wedding there and we all had the best time. Setting up was stress free and fun! The owners are kind, and wonderful- very helpful, gives great recommendations, and is open to helping out with anything. Would recommend to every friend and person I know!!!!!

I recently had my engagement party at Carlisle Ribbon Mill and it was magical. Nancy and John were on top of everything! They helped me bring my vision to life and I couldn’t be more thankful. I honestly could not have done it all without them. Our guests kept raving about how beautiful this place is. If you are looking to host an event, this is the place!

I recently threw a 70th birthday party at the Ribbon Mill - the first time I've ever planned an event like this. The venue was PERFECT, and Nancy and John were incredibly helpful, and did a remarkable job of hand-holding for me as the very anxious host. I could not have done it all, much less successfully, if not for their assistance. I got so many compliments on both the venue and how pleasant and accommodating they were. I would recommend the Ribbon Mill to anyone who wants to have a special celebration!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and magical this location is for a wedding! Nancy and John are awesome, you won't find a better venue with better people to work with. It's beautiful rustic elegant charm comes so easily with no added decoration really needed unless you're looking to add more to make it your own. I was concerned about parking at first as it's a small lot, but it wasn't and issue and you can use the back of the grocery store parking lot. They also have an elevator if any guests need. I loved that I could personalize it to whatever we wanted and bring outside vendors of my choice in order to stay within our budget. They way they work the switch between the ceremony and reception works perfectly and allows for a nice cocktail hour in a separate space. Nancy was wonderful at letting us meet with her several times so we could plan out just how we wanted everything or to look through items they have that you can use. She was great to work with along the way but her and John went out of their way to help us the day before and the day of our wedding. They made it so easy and helped things to flow just as we had discussed and how we imagined. They make it so stress free and are super helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this venue for its beauty but even more so for it's owners. It felt like they became part of our family through all the planning and we were happy to have them there to join the celebration. Nancy even took and shared hundreds of pictures from rehearsal and wedding day- some of which I have none like them from anyone else. It was greatly appreciated. My husband has added them to our Christmas card list! If you're looking for a gorgeous and affordable place that doesn't require much extra work, this is it for sure!

I was in a wedding this weekend, and overall, they were wonderful individuals. They were there to assist where we needed help, made sure we were all okay, and the kindest individuals. Their smiles were delightful, the atmosphere was beautifully ease, and they got the venue from ceremony to reception done with ease. I thoroughly enjoy this venue. Each restroom had items that may be needed in case of emergency. They were prepared. Thank you for being incredible people.

The Carlisle Ribbon Mill was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and Nancy & John were some of the most helpful and competent vendors we worked with in the whole process.
We toured and booked this venue immediately, and Nancy and John were super helpful through the whole planning process. I was consistently impressed with how much Nancy was on top of everything about our wedding, and how well she communicated via email, text, and phone. As a bride doing all my own planning, that was truly a godsend!
On our day, Nancy and John were absolute all stars. They were so helpful, so friendly and enthusiastic. Our bridal party commented a few times how great they were to work with, and I couldn't be more grateful to them!

November 12, 2022 A huge thank you to Nancy and John and their beautiful venue The Carlisle Ribbon Mill in assisting us on having the most perfect brunch wedding for our daughter. The venue itself is ”rustic gorgeous”. The wooden floors are beautiful. Nancy and John have a treasure trove of lovely decorations that they offer to you for table decor. They are full of great ideas for set up and had tables ready to go with linens and runners when our family came into decorate the day before. On the day of the ceremony John and Nancy assisted all who needed the elevator. Nancy was excellent in guiding the wedding party lining up, getting down the aisle, moving people to their tables etc. The movement of tables and chairs went smoothly when moving from the ceremony to the tables that needed to be slid into place for the meal and then dancing. It was just a perfect brunch wedding for us thanks to the beautiful Carlisle Ribbon Mill and the big hearted and professional Nancy and John. We would hire them and The Carlisle Ribbon Mill again a heartbeat.

Went to a wedding here this past weekend during a hurricane, and it took all the gloom out of the storm. This charming and cozy venue was a perfect contrast to the storm, and I had such a wonderful time.

Lovely, spacious rooms for an event. I attended a wedding reception of about 120 people and there was plenty of space in between the tables and to move around the room. Fairly large dance area. There was also a nice sized room attached where the bar and hor d'oeuvres were served. This later became the room where the buffet and desert table were located.
We were greeted by the owner/manager who directed us upstairs. The large parking lot is on the side of the building. You need to walk around to the front to enter.
Note: It was a little drafty inside if you were seated near a window. If you are someone who gets cold easy, make sure to have something to keep warm.( I was there in December so not sure about the summer months.)

I can’t say enough positive words about working with the Leonard’s (who manage this place and it’s events) as well as the space. The space is beautiful, but what really made our event was how helpful, efficient and generous the Leonard’s were with us planning and executing our event. We had a wonderful event and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fabulous venue with amazing customer service— truly above and beyond our expectations! If you are thinking about it- book it and talk with Nancy, you will not be sorry. Thanks again to the Leonard’s for helping us so much with our event!!

The Ribbon Mill is AWESOME! My fiance and I had our engagement party at the Ribbon Mill. Nancy and John were wonderful to work with! They have PLENTY of decor that they allowed us to borrow. They were very helpful with the setup and tear down. They helped coordinate a bartender for us as well! Overall, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our event. We came and left stress free. This is a beautiful venue and they will do anything to help you!

My experience working with Sarah at the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was incredible! She was so helpful and made our wedding day extremely special. She is amazing at what she does and has a lot of experience and great input. The venue itself is beautiful! The hardwood floors, brick walls and all of the natural lighting made us very excited for the potential of the simple, yet stunning scenery for our wedding. We decided to have our ceremony and reception there, and it was so nice to have everything in one place and for our guests not to have to drive to another location. Our wedding was amazing, and I would highly recommend the Carlisle Ribbon Mill and Sarah Stewart to make your day as special as possible!

Beautiful quaint old building with lots of room for both wedding and reception venues. Lots of steps but has a vendor elevator for those that need it.

Pretty upstairs venue for my friend's wedding. The great natural lighting provided a special touch for the ceremony and reception. The dance floor was a small & crowded based on how the room was set-up, but other than that the venue is great for weddings.

My friend's wedding was held here and it was the most perfect, elegant space. The wood floors and exposed brick walls give it a modern and hip Instagram feel while still maintaining an historical and classic vibe. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful, would definitely recommend this incredible space for a small to medium sized wedding!

We just had our wedding there last weekend and I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue and the staff. We started working with Sarah, who was amazing, and then we worked with Nancy and John, who are equally incredible people. The Ribbon Mill is a BEAUTIFUL place to have your wedding, whether you are going there for your reception or for both the ceremony and the reception. The price is perfect, it's not insanely expensive like so many other places are and they are so flexible timewise. We were able to pay a little more to set it up the day before the wedding. Nancy and John set up the tables and linens for us, all we had to do was decorate!

They were always responsive to emails, answered any questions we had and were amazing to work with. Everything went so smooth, from set up, to the wedding day and clean up afterwards. Because we were able to decorate ourselves and work in the space ahead of time, as well as being able to cater it ourselves, it made everything so personal and perfect. I HIGHLY recommend the Carlisle Ribbon Mill, you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for making our day absolutely perfect!

Wow!!! Is all I can say, we rented this space for my friends bridal shower and it DID NOT disappoint!! The owners are AMAZING 👏 I LOVE THEM!! they are sooooo nice and go above and beyond the call of duty on top of that the venue is beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT OR WEDDING!!

What a fantastic venue for a Sweer 16 Birthday Bash! My sister did an amazing job in finding this spot to make her daughter's celebration a memorable event.
John & Nancy, proprietors of the venue were ever so accommodating to us especially for my 91 yr mom. For a NYC, now a Jersey Girl..it was wonderful to attend my beautiful niece's event. Thank you for the gorgeous hall, and may u consistently be busy.

Stunning venue! Owners are phenomenal and assist in any way possible. Just had my daughter's wedding there this weekend and everyone loved the place!
