As usual, Mirabito Energy Products, formerly Abbott and Mills, provided excellent customer service !I called this morning with no heat or hot water and Matt was here within an hour. Terry also came and together they fixed my boiler . I’ve also had Brian and Michael here in the past . They are all courteous, friendly and professional. I’m very happy !

Mirabito, provided prompt, courteous and professional service with a smile. I had called and left message after business hours. Dan returned my call the next morning, just minutes after the business open. Matthew, the service tech arrived that morning,and fixed the problem. He patiently and kindly explained what he needed to do, and answered all my many questions. Bethany, in the the office was, also, very helpful. Many thanks to everyone at Mirabito, who was so kind and helpful that day!

I’m New to propane the experience and while shopping around, others were not helpful explaining process an had fees for delivery and tank rental. As well as a cheaper fill rate that had me sold! Steve in sales was so polite & helpful. Mechanic was great. All off my phone experience with billing was perfect. Being in customer service my whole life I am a little critical so trust me Mirabito is top notch!! Really down to earth company.

We are entering our 30th year of doing business with Abbott & Mills/Mirabito. The friendly service of this organization is truly unrivaled in the fuel oil delivery and heating services/supply business. If you want worry-free fuel delivery and equipment service, then this is the company for you.

Been using this company since 2018. Great people and the service guys are awesome. They always take the time to explain how everything works and make sure to ask if I have any questions. Keep up the great work!!

Winter ‘23 -‘24 , charged 30-40 cents a gallon over the average which I determined was about 3.60 . So I paid aprx 3.99 a gallon once or twice which was anrtofically inflated for more profit.

As well, in March mirabito cold called me prattling on about some promotion and begging me to schedule a delivery. I did, I was gonna call soon anyway. Delivery day comes and they didn’t show up. I changed companies faster than a duck on a June bug

UPDATE: after 5+ months of begging this company to pick up their 500 gal tank so my new tanks can be placed on the cement pad. I have gotten the run around. The last phone call i was told “the tank is to heavy we have no way of getting it from where it is” (first of all your the ones that delivered it there how come you can’t come get it). My husband literally MOVED the tank himself next to the drive way and they STILL won’t come get it. I was told by Angela that “another work order will be put in and I’ll call you and let you know when they’re coming” to receiving no phone call and the tank is STILL HERE. How come my husband can move it by himself but a company who does this for a living can’t?

Extremely extremely disappointed at how a customer for the last 4 years is treated. I called the Newburgh location yesterday 9/18 asking how much it would be to buy my 500 gal tank. I waited 6+ hours before I finally decided to call and have the tank removed. I was told by Angela that the tank can be removed on Thursday 9/21. My husband then receives a phone call from a sales person Kevin who states that the tank cannot be removed until under 20%. When I called back to speak to Angela and find out why I was given false information she then transferred me to Kevin who was very rude and argumentative and was told “she didn’t know”. I’m confused how you work in the office and not know that a tank can’t be picked up until basically empty. Which is false same thing happened last year when i was charged 3.90 for a tank fill up which I talked them down to 3.79 because I asked them to come get my tank and was told “it’s going to be awhile before we can get your tank we don’t have enough teams available”. Kevin continues to argue with me that I didn’t pay more than 3.19 last year which is false I have all my records. So here I’m being told that I will potentially run my tank dry waiting for my old tank to be removed and a new tank be put in by the new company WITH A NEWBORN AT HOME. This is just another way for mirabito to keep jerking around with my time and money. Kevin is extremely unprofessional.

If there were zero stars I would give this company that. These people came to my home delivered oil that I did not authorize. When I call to let them know they had a contract with the previous owner and I will not be paying for the oil they delivered Tina started a spiel about how the previous owner didn't tell them he sold the house and asking me questions about the oil being delivered and talking over me telling me to be quite while I was trying to explain that I have nothing to do with their contract with the previous owners, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me they'll take care of it. These people came to my house after the sale to inspect my oil tank I did not get oil from them I went with a different company so for them to say they didn't know is an understatement. The owner even called to follow-up. If this was to force my hand to purchase oil was a very lame tactic. Do not send anyone to my house again or I will have them arrested for trespassing. Very unprofessional very rude and disgusting behavior and anyone reading this should use a different oil company for their services. Disgusting people
