Alivia and Hunter were awesome. They should train other employees, at every store I can think of that I go to how to treat customers. They took care of all of my needs and were very gracious and helpful while doing so. They were like service people were 30 years ago.

It makes a difference when we feel valued as a customer. This Office Depot on Pass Road in Biloxi is one of those stores. Michael Berl, the Sales Supervisor, is knowledgeable and always ready to help with any issue. Today, I had priced items I planned to purchse online. The online discount was not offered in the store. Michael helped me with this and I was able to save the difference and more.

Ordered my epson printer today online from Office Depot for pick up and got an email less than 5 minutes later saying it was ready. I chose to go here instead of Best Buy down the road because they couldn’t fulfill the order for a week. Both employees were friendly and helpful from the start, a man and woman. The woman checked me out and offered to bring it to the car for me along with the man. He may have been the manager but he then offered to show me plenty of different paper I was interested in. Great experience and I’m excited about the new printer as well.

I was able to pop in and out using the scanner to complete a home based project. Great customer service at the register as well with some on sale items. HAPPY 2024!

I receiver polite assistance, shown, not "pointed" to my interest. My questions were answered helpfully and with a smile. I was treated very pleasantly. Am 95 ad appreciate little things like that. If I don't get it, I just leave.

Wonderful printing staff at the Biloxi, MS location! They were very helpful with printing our welcome sign, table centerpiece images and 2 sets of photo name tags for 145 people in a very timely manner for my 45th Class Reunion. Thank you so much, Alexis! Sincerely, Kay Coker Dunn

I threw these folks an impossible and last minute design and print job on a poster for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. Not only did they team up on it, they nailed it. I love it, and so will she. I stopped on the way out and told the manager if he wanted to know what great service looks like, watch those two folks.

Only store within 25 miles that had my ink cartridges!!

I was greeted as soon as I entered and was helped immediately to find what I was looking for. The employees were very helpful and patient. I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I’ve been in there the past four years.

Exceptional customer service and knowledge base. Always helpful and friendly. A far better experience than shopping at Walmart for office and school essentials!

This is my favorite and only store I purchase office supplies for my business or personal use. During my visits, Store Associates are always polite and professional. KUDOS!!!

Great customer service by a sales associate, maybe 30+.
A person who said they were an operations associate was of no service. So customer service is split [Great Service or No Service.

On my visit to Office Depot I encountered numerous problems in my attempt to print something. However what felt my night in shing armor was there to assist. Matthew helped me complete my task. He maintained his professionalism throughout the entire time while my phone was not connecting to make my copies. He patiently talked me thru the entire process. I so appreciate his kindness and helpfulness. Kudos to Matthew. He is AWESOME.

The very polite and courteous lady who copied my material realized it was too small to read. She recopied it in a much larger print and apologized for the extra time it took to do so. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Found an embellished congrats card here at a very reasonable price, far less than I'd have paid at Target. Friendly people. I'll be back.
