I’ve gone here for years. They treat me and whoever i bring like family, you are not looked at as a number here and if that doesn’t say enough I’m not sure what will. I highly recommend you go check this place out!! I wish i could rate it 100 stars!!

They fixed my Traxxas Summit about 2 years ago for about $225.00 and I was well pleased. My 7 year old daughter and I visited for the first time since that visit yesterday. She wants a new Traxxas for her upcoming birthday. The visit quick, pleasant and Mr Simpson and staff were cordial.

This is a proper model store. It is not a place to come for scrapbooking stuff or sewing materials. It is more about model cars, boats and planes. It has a wide range of other supplies, knowledgeable people working there and is just very pleasant to browse. There are also a couple of mad cats that hurtle around the place, livening things up.

I am a Nitro guy. These shops are hard to find especially with options, parts, as well as vehicle selection. I live in NJ, work in DE. Purchased my Revo 3.3 from here and needed parts for my Alias drone, they had that too! Great place, great knowledgeable service, great inventory. Will return whenever I need something else! Love the "Mom & Pop" atmosphere.

I knew nothing about the rc trucks I was there to buy other than I wanted to have fun with my son. These guys gave me so much information about them and answered every question in very detailed manar. 100% solid place to get tons of cool stuff

I use Simpsons hobbies for everything. If they don't have it, which is rare, they can get whatever you need. The service here is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. For such a small shop they have a huge selection. Traxxas, RC planes, models slot cars and tracks and more. I love this place. My son and I go to Simpsons all the time.

Truly an old fashioned hobby shop with an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and have vast experience with rc cars, trains, models, and more!

Take a walk to the back of the store to find some retro rc cars and slot cars. Plenty of train models and accessories to set up a model train station. In the middle of the store you'll find model cars that reminds me of building a Mercedes CLK GTR when I was a kid.

With so much to offer, the store can become a little cramped but the customers are always courteous of each other's space.

This place is an absolute jewel of a hobby store. Looking for an old plastic model? A balsa-wood airplane? Model rockets, RC cars? They have it all.
And the owner is an absolute gold - mine of knowledge... he knows the answer to all of your questions and will help you with any problems you may be having.

My husband has been to a lot of hobby shops, and received the best advice with the product he purchased. He even stayed open late! Be sure to purchase from here!

If your into or looking for model anything this is the place for you, I was looking for low voltage help and the owner answered all my questions and taught me some things that I did not know. This is not the place to let your kids run around the store is packed to the ceiling with merchandise small isles, but AWESOME collection.

I ordered a team associated rival Mt 10 from Simpsons hobbies it came faster than expected and his prices are great. Everyone in there was so nice and very helpful they got me a great price on battery and charger and even showed me how to use it. This hobby store has great customer service, inventory, and great prices also no sales tax I really recommend going to this hobby store. Thank you so much Simpsons hobbies!!

Went there today for my son's 1st rocket. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The choice of rockets and remote control vehicles, repairs and parts is amazing for a small store.

We found this place, once you get past the fact that is not a bright shiny new department store, and appreciate the fact these guys have been doing this for decades as a labor of love, he'll be big time fans like we are. We love the fact that you get scolded if you treat your car wrong by the staff :-)

Pretty much the greatest hobby shop I have ever been in giant selection of models (from a multitude of eras). Lots of expertise to share. Bring cash they have a high minimum credit purchase. The summer hours are shorter than the holiday hours. Stop in you will be amazed.

I discovered Simpsons about 2-3 weeks ago and I was extremely pleased with the experience. The gentleman who owns the shop was really helpful and friendly. They had by far the biggest selection of hobby related items in Northern Delaware. His prices are lower than the other hobby shops in the area and the selection is much bigger. Highly recommended store.

I don't know the man's name, but I just refer to him as Simpson. He is a very nice and patient guy, and I thought I owed it to him to recommend his shop to others. He sells items for a wide variety of hobbies you may be into as well as some jewelry and other things. I went in there looking to price out small RC helicopters and walked out with a rocket kit like I had when I was a kid. He walked us through the whole building and launching process as my memory slowly started to fill in the rest. That day, we built it, launched it, and lost it and came back the next day for another. He told us what we did wrong and gave us even more tips. In all, it is a really nice shop managed by a very helpful man.
