When I called, Matt answered the phone, answered my questions the best he could with the information he had. When I got there, Matt greeted me within a few minutes and let me know when my service request would likely be complete. The service was done before the promised time. Finally Matt charged me and answered more questions while he worked. The service I received could not have been any friendlier or practical. I'm a repeat customer because I usually get just that sort of service. Great Job!

I submitted an online appointment request and hadn’t heard back so I called the next morning. I spoke with Michael, and he was very friendly and although they were swamped for the holidays he told me to come in and they would get me in. He was very professional and knowledgeable and despite being busy he remained friendly and calm. I waited in store, it was very comfortable, and my car was ready in about 2 hours.

Really positive experience here. Customer service is great and there’s no pressure to do anything you don’t need to. They go over concerns and needs and make sure it fits your budget. Thank you guys for taking care of my car and making this such a positive experience for me. Will be my go to place from now on.

Jommel and his crew were able to address my concerns about my tires and showed they have a true passion for their jobs. I brought in a rare car none had seen and all wanted to learn more about it. Definitely recommend this place to those who want car enthusiasts to work on their car.

Came in to get all new tires and alignment done for the CRV and I received wonderful service from the Service Manager Michael. He took the time to give me all the best discounts that he could find and that is much appreciated. Also, Jessie was a terrific help to me when I found that my Firestone card had been expired. She also took the time with me to get me going on a new card and I still got all the great discounts and rebates. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my car needs.

Great staff, honest, and with integrity. I have to say that every time I come to this location they are up-front about options for your vehicle’s service. I have been scammed before by other Firestone service dealerships but not this one; this location has never tried to take advantage of a “brake flush” or “timing belt job” that is unnecessary. Always friendly service, no pressure sales, and courtesy towards your vehicle running with reliable service. Highly recommend this location for your next oil change, tire service/purchase, and/or vehicle repair. They know what they are doing and at a fraction of the cost of a major dealership service price.

Michael was awesome! He gave me a great deal. He explained everything in detail. Showed me the problem and helped me find a rebate! I recommend all the ladies to Michael at Justin Rd Firestone for a trustworthy mechanic.

Needed to get my AC inspected since it wasn’t blowing cool air. They were swamped and all slots were full since it was the weekend, but I came early in the morning and they fit me in, topped me off and had me out by noon. Paid 3x the cost of a can of the DIY stuff, but worth the peace of mind that I didn’t have any leaks and was filled with the right amount.

Great communication and car fixed. Thanks to Jessie for shooting me straight. She told me they could take a look at the car if I could leave it with them, but it was going to take a while. With that expectation made clear, I was able to call my sister to hang out with for the afternoon. The car was fixed and they also provided me with a quote for new tires. Now I know! Thanks Jessie, and the Firestone team.

Joshua Lear, the new manager, gave me great service today. I blew out my tire and he happily fit me into the schedule. He patiently and kindly went over the pricing twice with me when I had questions and he clearly explained each charge. Not only that, but his mechanic was extremely efficient - he replaced the tire and did an oil change in half the time I expected. He mentioned a tire rotation should be done at some point soon, but he absolutely did not push this on me. I will not hesitate to return, I am a happy customer!

I have used this location for repairs, mostly brakes on many of my vehicles over many years. I recently moved a short distance away and decided to try another shop. I was given a quote that was way out of line and did what I should have done from the beginning, take it back to Firestone. They did a great job (same day) and I am confident they repaired what I actually needed. The other shop told me I needed all 4 rotors replaced and Firestone only told me I needed the back ones replaced. I got the same job done for less than half of what the other shop quoted. Thanks for the great service.

My truck was in the shop at Arlington Ford for 16 days for a Warranty Transmission repair. They didn't even give me a loaner car, they kept telling me I was on a waiting list? I drive around for work; luckily my best friend was gracious enough to loan me a vehicle. When I finally got my truck back that weekend I suddenly got flat tire & I had my German Shepherd in the truck. It was late on a Hot Sunday afternoon & I was close to the Firestone in Flower Mound TX. My 1st time at this location, they were already closed but 2 workers were still there & cared enough to stay a few minutes more & change the tire for me to the spare. They even showed me where all the tools were in my truck & some other important tips. They took my flat tire to fix the 4 nail punctures so I could pick up the next day. Once again exceptional & reliable service just as I always get at the Grapevine location. I wanted you & everyone else to know how reliable & caring your staff is at the Flower Mound location. I always trust Firestone more than any other repair shop & this just reminded me why. My GSD was so happy to finally make it to the dog park.

Saved our bacon! These guys are great. Yes, a little overpriced, but you get great service and fixed the first time. We recently had an weird problem where a spark plug backed its way out on the back side of our SUV and then the A/C compressor failure that literally broke down in their parking lot. The not only found the part on a Sunday, but had the car ready by end of the day.
I highly recommend them for auto repairs and I know how hard finding a good, reputable place is. Their new management has definitely turned the place around and I will go back when I need additional repairs.
