One thing that I really wasn't expecting out of shopping here is how friendly the staff is. The people that work at this location in particular are gamers just like me and it shows. Not only can you hold a conversation about many different video game titles, but based on your likes and interests that you discuss with them can offer suggestions for new games to try.

They always go above and beyond to help the customers here and I can't thank them enough for that. After working in retail for 13 + years, it's nice to see people working in a location that hold the same values to heart that I did when I worked in retail. Thank you everyone for being such model employees!

I love this place. It's like my home away from home. The staff are really nice, especially Mike and Dan. They are really friendly and I just always feel welcomed here. I always end up doing their surveys because I know it'll help them out. Even the store itself is neat which I can imagine is a hard thing to maintain. It's the best GameStop I've ever gone to and I've been to ALOT of GameStop's. Totally recommend going to this GameStop.

If you want to find a Gamestop with the most helpful employees you come here. They went above and beyond to try to find me an item, and was the best gamestop Ive been to in a while.

I was here to pickup my Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl double pack preorder. I had a very good visit. I was in and out quickly and any questions I had were answered.

Excellent customer service as soon as I walked in a employe asked what can I help you with.They were polite and experts at their job and answered all my questions and were very quick and I was in and out in under 5 mins.That's what I call customer care .

Had some of the games I was looking for. The cashier was very helpful in the way they guided me to what I really wanted and didn't shove cooperate stuff down my throat. I found out that day the game I wanted (Forza Motorsports 4 essentials edition) isn't actually what I want for because it turns out it's literally only a small demo version of Forza Motorsports 4 and it literally costs $5 for a demo WTH. At least the worker there helped me not to buy it and didn't try to convince me of something it's not. Overall the store was pretty clean. I rode my bike 4 miles one way to get there from near New Brunswick. The ride was good. It's really not that bad of a ride honestly and I'd do it again. I was really pleased with what I got! (007 and project Gotham racing 4) paid literally only $8 for the two games. But all in all it's not like most GameStop's where they shove unessential stuff down your throat. I would have bought more but I am balling on a budget. I would recommend this GameStop over the ones near by that are pretty much the same just with more helpless employees who don't know what they are doing. A++

First time I went in this week. Traded in my old ps4 for ps4 pro. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I even signed up for their elite members....already got back what I paid via reward points. Definitely recommend this location.

Great selection of used and new games and Hardware. Friendly helpful staff. You almost certainly can get what you want here. I always bring my grandson here to buy his stuff.

I love going to this Gamestop location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They have a good selection of funko pops and anime merch too

I get games from this gamestop all the time. The crew and management are so nice and fun to talk to. They are very helpful with preorders and any questions about DLCS and everything. Would definitely recommend shopping here for games
