Ashley Store

First and foremost kudos to Martin! He’s a great sales rep and he understands his buyers. He’s honest and works amazingly! The store has a good variety of stuff to choose from and you can bundle with things from the non outlet store to make your purchase in one place! I highly recommend checking it out and we will be buying from there in the future.

We were able to find and purchase a little chaise sofa for our apartment. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely come back again and I recommend Ashley for your furniture needs.

I can not Thank Steve and Jessica enough. I searched everywhere and in several different states such as Ohio,Main,Massachusetts,New York and Pennsylvania to fine a certain part to my sectional. They made a few phone calls and located exactly what I needed. The promised the delivery on November 6 and today is the 3rd and I am sitting on it writing this review. GREAT JOB AND HREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a phenomenal experience at this Ashley's Furniture Outlet. Jessica and Kenny were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, and I appreciate how I was free to look around the shop without being followed. :) I learned that furniture at the outlet is priced accordingly because those models are being discontinued or they may have manufacturing defects. The store associates were very transparent about what the defects were on the pieces (if any). The prices at this outlet are unbeatable. Also, other furniture stores won't deliver for weeks or even months after purchase, so I was thrilled to learn that my sofa would be delivered within a week of ordering! I will absolutely be coming back to this location again. Thank you to Jessica and Kenny for the wonderful costumer service! I'm looking forward to cozying -up on my new couch!

Jess was amazing found the perfect mattress for a good price and ended up buying sofa set and ottoman. Definitely recommend seeing her for home furniture needs

Ask for Martin! He was amazing! Worked with us to get the couch and coffee table we wanted. There was a supply chain issue which delayed the coffee table 6 months but Martin kept us informed and made sure we were take care of.

Very friendly and informative. Got our sofa sooner than expected. Getting it into the room we wanted it in was a bit of a challenge but the guys were able to manage through a small maze without damaging anything else. We were very happy with the service we received and the item is exactly what we wanted.
