Called looking for a part for my boiler. Gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. While they didn’t have the part immediately available they had it in NJ. He offered to have it shipped but I couldn’t wait, so he put it on hold for me and I was able to pick up. Boiler works again!

Lauri was so informative from shower heads to shower basins. She really knows her stuff and was so helpful with laying out all the pros and cons of various products. Making decisions on brands, shower systems is very tough but Lauri was helpful with providing the information needed to help make the decisions a little bit easier.

Laurie in the showroom is a library of knowledge and expertise. She helped us put together our purchases for our bathroom gut-renno, and we were able to get the best equipment for good prices all in one place. She is passionate about what she does, and she wants you to succeed. In this age of internet shopping, walking into a showroom and talking to a passionate person about the stuff is indispensable. There's no substitute to a brick and mortar store for this kind of purchases.

Good 👍 I delivered 17 pallets arrived @ 11:15 and was out by 12:00.if you are a truck driver with a 53" footer, go into driveway and loop around the green container and then back up to dock.
