SO HELPFUL!!! I got a flat tire and was able to get on the phone with someone and get an appointment to fix the problem within minutes! Once I arrived my car was seen quickly! The front desk and manager were extremely nice and informative:) I would 10/10 recommend coming here and I will be coming back for future tire needs!! THANK YOU🤗

I had a great experience. Everyone there were professional yet engaging. Got a ride back home and when the work was completed the shuttle came back to pick me up. The work was completed ahead of time and I will definitely return to Bengtson foe all my car care needs.

Picked up a drywall screw at a local campground while on my way to Colorado. Found this place on google maps. Great service and fair price to patch a tire. They even pulled the spare and replaced the repaired tire. If I ever have a need I will go back. Would highly recommend!

I needed a couple of tires for my pickup truck bed trailer (hacked up pickup with a tongue welded to the back half of the truck). I ended up at Bengtson's where they happened to have two used tires, which, though they were of two slightly different sizes, were fine for my low-speed, low-mileage usage pattern. They were able to mount the tires immediately and were extra friendly and helpful in the process. Thanks to Bengtson's for an extraordinary tire-buying experience!

Needed 2 tires for both my car and pickup. Got a unsuspected object in my car tire and object put a hole in the tire so big that you could not repair it. Since I had just got the car he gave me an alternative of a used tire which was better and missing better shape and had more tread than the tire I had on the car. He also had in stock tire for my pickup truck which also had a which also had a badly worn tire with a nail in it. They took both my tires in and I was able to get back to work during my lunch break on time with time to spare. They had my both my tires ready after work and the price was very reasonable! Got a decent used tire for my car and a brand new tire for my pickup truck it'll be reasonable price. I'll be back the folks at Bengtson are professionals!

Bought new wheels and tires from here. Explored many options and they put a good amount of time and effort making sure I left happy. Very friendly service with me and others as I observed.

Eastward through the Rockies on Route 70, staying ahead of a storm. My coupe, agile and responsive on the ascent. The descent on the eastern slope, however, was a bumpy liability. Roughest patch of road to ever be called an interstate highway. I surmise the torque of fully-loaded 18-wheelers braking hard on their descent may have warped the road into that angry pitted mess.

Sunday
While heading east, Fairlady broke down in the flats of Kansas. I was in the bible belt. Thank God for that sinful tow truck driver who chose to work on a Sabbath; apparently the only tow-mater on call in four counties. He drove us to the closest AAA rated garage within 50 miles (as of Spring 2021), and spoke with such casual confidence of the ability of Bengston's team that I was instantly put at ease, feeling safe leaving my car in a foreign lot overnight.

I found a local campground, pitched my tent, made a fire, grilled meat, sipped bourbon, crawled into my fartsack, then fell into slumber.

Monday
0730. Arrived when the garage opened and the office was already buzzing with the energy of highly motivated humans. Everyone seemed to move with purpose. I met the capable gents whom I entrusted Fairlady to, then left for breakfast.

1000. Received telephonic status update mid-morning from a gentleman using succinct courteous language, identifying issue as seized idler pulley which had detached from engine, damaging serpentine belt. I was invited back to garage to speak with the mechanics who had my car on a lift, pointing out what broke. They informed me it would take a day for delivery and installation of replacement components. After approving projected work, I left.

1400. Not knowing their work ethic firsthand, I called back in the afternoon to check on status of parts ordered. They were gracious of my inquiry, informing me parts were ordered. Delivery and installation to be completed first thing next morning.

Tuesday
0900. Received call stating work was done and car was road worthy.

As with any cross-country road trip, having a car break down in unknown territory is perhaps one's biggest fear. And yet, this hiccup provided opportunity for an otherwise missed midwestern adventure. I met capable and trustworthy folks from the heartland of America, restoring my faith in humanity while the rest of the world fought on about mandates imposed by that era's designer virus.

I wrote this three years after occurrence due to the impression the experience left upon me. Customer trust is paramount to a business's reputation. With each exchange, a business is earning either an ally or a critic.

Keep up the good work, Team Bengston. Salina, never finer.

If you need tires or are traveling and find yourself in need of tires, this is the place to go! Good prices, friendly, fast service. Called that morning, they had my tires in stock, they got them put on, and they got me back out on the road that morning!! I can’t say enough good things about how well they took care of me! I can not say enough good things about Bengston Tire! We live on a dirt road and tend to have more than a few flat tires each year. Everytime I bring my car in I am met promptly with a kindness and a smile. They are always willing to work my car in for a flat and do a wonderful job!

My mother took her vehicles to Bengtson's, and I do too. They listen to what concerns you have with your vehicle and fix it right the first time, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I've gotten both new tires and maintenance done on my Lincoln and couldn't be happier with their service.

Very pleased with the service and staff, I was in and out in no time, set of four higher rated tires and came in under my budget, not many miles so far upcoming trips but tires are smooth riding and very quiet, I would recommend them for your service needs

We were driving through with our four children to Colorado and realized we had a screw in one of our Escalade tires! We brought it in and they had us fixed up very quickly for a very reasonable price. We were so thankful for the team at Bengston and thankful to be back on the road! Excellent place to have a car serviced!!
